hi i weigh 190 and am 5"6 i have a medium sized stomach and would like to lose it and get muscle definition.i would like to lose 30 pounds but i wanna lose 10-15 by the end of april, beginning of may.i will do this by tryin to eat healthy and drink only water and try to run twice a week 30 minutes each time and just do a lot of cardio and some weights. if u can give me some adive i would really like it thanx.

Man you totally have the safe healthy weight loss thing down. Advice....when it seems like you arent losing ANYTHING don't give up, bro. You can do it.
