Ht. 5'4", Start: 171 lb, Today: 168 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 110 lb - I think we should start small groups to motivate each other, kinda like a competion (but nobody get mean theres no prize besides having good health) making excercise routines to stick to would be great!!!

Ht. 5'4", Start: 168 lb, Today: 168 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 110 lb - My main problem with losing weight is probably my love of meat and i can't get motivated to excercise very often, I want to lose weight so badly, I'm sick of seeing clothes that I love but look disgusting on me. I love snacking, which is a problem too.

And i think jogging for 15 minutes, doing 100 crunches, walk for 20 minutes, and do 500 jumping jacks, drink lots of water, and eat healthy,will help you MAJERLY! lets try this everyday! Everybody reply at night if you did it. If you cant jog for 15 minutes, just do the best you can, and stay hidraded.

I want to lose 21-36 lbs. before my next B-Day (Next September 23rd), my goal used to the end of the summer, but it's not working! PLEASSSEEEE HELPPP!!!! I really want to lose the weight!!!!!

Ht. 5'2", Start: 139 lb, Today: 143.5 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 110 lb - hey guys i am going to try the sacred heart diet and your supposed lose 10-17 lbs in a week but most people only lose 7-8 lbs a wek . its totally safe cuz u can eat as much food as u want buts there is a soup you can eat all through the diet that helps u lose weight. im gonna do it 4 2 weeks and the switch to a stable diet wear u only lose 1-2 lbs a week. if u wanna try the sacred heart diet email at soccer4tigger@hotmail.com and i will tell u all about it
