Ht. 4'10", Start: 149 lb, Today: 149 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 110 lb - Hi people!!!! I am laughed at by my body. When people hear my weight they laugh. I weigh 149 pounds, and I am 4 feet 10 intches. I want to have my normal body before the summer ends because its the first year of middle school for me! I Don't want to go on a diet, and I want to eat what I want to! I know what everyone is going to say...just eat porshions! I KNOW THAT! But the problem is, porshions isn't anough to fill me up! I have an hourglass figure, but it doesn't show at all! HELP ME!

I'm overweight for my age........ I dont want to be.... I'm not the prettiest in my class because of the weight, I know beauty is on the inside, but still..... i REALLY want to be my goal weight by the end of the summer, i dont feel very good about my self right now. I'm Italian, which means we LOVE food.... help!!!!! (PS... im NOT going on a diet with just whole grain bread, apples, broccoli and water or something like that)

These are the songs you should dance too, and can even combine all of your together to make an awesome dance workout video you will enjoy!!remember, focus on the arms, abs, legs, thighs, and bottom, and anything else you want to excersize!

there is "good" carbs and "bad" carbs
good carbs are
-fruits ( xtra good with skin)
-vegies ( xtra good with skin)
-beans (black is better then pinto but all beans are good)
-legumes
-nuts
-seeds
-Whole grain bread- best with 3 grams of fiber and 3 grams of protein
-whole grain cereal-best with 3 grams of fiber, protein and less then 30 total carbs( xample if u have a serving of something that is 35 total carbs and has 6 grams of fibers then subtract 6 from 35 which gives you 29 which makes it good to eat
-Whole grain pasta( you cant even tell the diff from normal pasta)
-some dairy products
- whole grain flour if your making dough or something
also drink tons and tons of water and nothin else xcept unsweetened tea

i have a soccer camp and i did it before and the exercise a lot so i willl probably lose some weight doing that!!!
i am not doing so good on watching wat ill eat but i get cold showers

1.Remember-When thirsty, drink a glass or bottle of water. Throughout this diet, water should be your only drink. Other drinks, such as fruit punch, and those sugary mixes, are not as healthy as some filling, refreshing cold water.
2:Do 20 minutes of excersize each day. Try doing either 20-50 situps, or five minutes of situps. Next, cycle your legs in a bycicle motion for five minutes, or jump rope, which EXCERSIZES YOUR WHOLE BODY!!!!You might want to start off with some five to ten pound weights first, to work on your arms. Then, VERY GRADUALLY, increase the size of the weights.
3:For breakfast, a fruit. It's healthy, and natural.
