1. Do sit-ups really help burn calories?
2. I've herd that you should eat five small meals a day. Is this true?
3. What's some cardio I can do inside? (Preferably not too loud.)

Ht. 5'5", Start: 400 lb, Today: 145 lb (BMI %tile: 89), Goal: 95 lb - One day I was at the park with some friends and a boy from our school droped a candy bar in the dirt well i walk over and picked it up and walked back to my friends and these boys said hey fat girl you gonna eat it and we were standing by the trash can and i hate litering so i was going to throw it away!!!so i just decided to lose weight and show them what i'm made of!
MY SCHOOL DIET PLAN!
1.get up at 5:30and exercie 4 30 min.
2.take shower and walk to school
3.eat some kind of fruit while i'm walkin
4.at recess walk around or jog
5.at lunch cut everything in half and eat half
6.walk home
7.eat fruit
8.homework
9.walk/run a mile
10.dinner cut everything in half or put back half of what you would eat back
11.exercise thirdy min
12.get atleast 8 hrs of sleep

Ht. 5'2.5", Start: 201 lb, Today: 200 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 90 lb - i just went on a 5 mile bike ride-- yay! im going to the beach in a week, and am worried that i will eat a lot of crap, cause theres a place that makes the BEST french fries, plus salt water taffy and stuff. any suggestions?

Ht. 5'0", Start: 142 lb, Today: 142 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 100 lb - i am having a hard time sticking to my diet.I am staying with my grandparents and they aren't that helpful.They serve helthy food but i dont get alot of exercise at the house .Today my grandme took us out to the mall and i walked there ,we went into town and played at the arcade for about an hour .That's basically all the exercise that i got today.i cant play in her back yard because it's filled with flowers and vegetables she grows.When i get back to were i live im going to walk on my treadmill for 30minutes or more a day.Im going to swimin the pool in my backyard every day and take my dog for a walk on our property.We live on a 10 acre farm and have woods on three sides of us.Basically i need a weight loss buddy to help me lose the weight and keep me motivated .If anyone would like to be my weight loss buddy please e-mail me at ivyisaprincess@hotmail.com(i know that it is babyish ive had it for about 7 years).I really need someone to motivate me and help me get the weight off .

Ht. 5'6", Start: 151 lb, Today: 130 lb (BMI %tile: 83), Goal: 120 lb - I'm so happy! I just realized my scale is broken. It displays your weight 5 pounds over what it realy is! I also lost 6 pounds from going to a sports day camp.I guess this will be my last post as I'm no longer overweight. Good luck losing, and don't forget sports!

And aart from that I have good news AND bad news- Good news is that I am gonig to start going to this swimming thing that includes sauna BUT the bad news is that I MAY have to quit the gym due to time and money.......I hope that I can convince my awesome grandma if I can do both -only bout 20 days left in Mexico (another problem- no gym unless your 16 in TX) I am so excited right now and feel really motivated ¨+ I got 2 other Michael Jackson CDs!!! yay.... so ifany one has any advice i would love to read them...THNX SO MUCH!
