Ht. 5'2", Start: 129 lb, Today: 129.5 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 100 lb - hey,ive been excersising and dieting but my mom broke the stepper so i run instead and gained half a pound !if u have any excersises i could do please post it.also my birthdays in two weeks and im getting new clothes and i really dont want to nuy sie9 jeans so i reall hope i slim down good luck everyone!

You should try a spin class at a local gym, or you could run up
and down stairs!
