Ht. 4'1", Start: 104 lb, Today: 100 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 90 lb - Yay! I FINALLY lost some weight! Maybe it's just beginner's luck, but I started on Monday, and I've lost 4 pounds in 4 days. Also, I'm not even hungry. That's weird...anyway, just wanted to share my small victory with you!

well, im not sure. i cut everything in half and exercised A LOT. i only ate when i was hungry. for breakfast i had toast with cream cheese and a peach. for lunch i had a sandwich
(cheese lettuce and mustard) on whole wheat bread and 3 pretzel sticks. and i had salad for dinner. hope this helps! (also i biked a lot and did some pilates)
