Ht. 5'4.5", Start: 138 lb, Today: 134 lb (BMI %tile: 90), Goal: 100 lb - Hi I have a question for everyone. I'm not a fruit person. The only fruit I like is bananas, melons, cantalopes, & watermelon, although I LOVE strawberry smoothies! Help with food (Oh and I HATE lettuce, & tomatos), I go outside everyday for at least 8-10 hours. Please put together an eating plan!

oooh and for a really smart snack eat celery, it actually burns calories off when u digest it

ohhh fruit smoothies with vanilla soy milk are sooo good for u (but not 4 guys) i can post a recipe later, if you put flac seed in it its good for ur nails (=

try not to eat to many bannanas becase they have alot of carbs

Breakfast: strawberry smoothie (as many strawberries as u want, and fat free vanilla yogurt. when strawberries arent in season, get frozen ones). plus a scrambled egg (or some other protein.)drink water or green tea.
Snack: 1 banana and some pretzel sticks. drink water/green tea.
Lunch: A sandwich. (If you like tuna, have some tuna and mayo mixed together on bread with some tomato and cheese. if u dont like tomato, ok.) have a carrot with this. drink water/tea.
Snack: Fruit! Whatever you have, as much as you want. I love frozen grapes, but u can have ur melon, cantalope, and watermelon.
Dinner: salad or healthy portion of w/e ur parents are having.
Dessert: fruit! or a glass of skim milk.
exercise wise, sounds like ur pretty active. good luck!
