Ht. 5'2", Start: 141 lb, Today: 135 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 118 lb - Hey guys i lost 5 pounds btu school is soon about to start so if you have any tips that are helping you lose plz tell me.

The most easiest way i started to eat a reasonable amount of food and i dont get any second servings i try not drink soda and when i want to i just drink water and pretend its soda. Also i am doing sit-ups, push-ups and jogging everyday. I do about 15 sit-ups, 10 push-ups and I jog for 15 minutes. Its really hard to this routine, but i push myself to do it cause i know that at the end its worth it.
