ok 1st try looking at what u eat every day any snacks that you know u don't have to eat, leave it, ur most likely not hungry, just bored, try to find something, anything that you could do besides eat, if you really have to eat, go with celery, it actually burns calories, wnet you eat celery, its like ur eating excersice is wierd, but try it, eat all of ur meals, but don't pack it in, if you miss a meal, you will eat too much next time u want to eat. ok thats for today.
