Ht. 5-8, Wt. 210 - the physical trainer workouts are designed for pure pain i have an excellent suggestion for working out that my workouts are purely based on. lets say you are lifting weights, go up for 4 seconds, hold it keeping the pressure then go down for 6 seconds the slowness creates so much of a better workout and just when your body goes into failure, you are halfway down so when yoiu think you cant do any more you are halfway done its an insane workout and teh soreness is overwhelmign but try it during your workouts i promise its effective and always keep the pressure never let your arms/ legs get to a point where it can be considered rest so never exteneded your arms fully out go 3/4 of teh way. sorry i wrote so much, short intense workouts are the way to go for me though@!

Ht. 5ft. 4in, Wt. 171lbs - I am reading the American Girl LIbrary book "THE CARE AND KEEPING OF YOU." It's a great body guide for pre-teens and young teens. I am NOT ON A DIET. I am following their guidlines to eating healthy and accepting myself for beautiful, becuase like I said heritarily I willl NEVER BE A SIZE 4! And I'm 100% okay with that. My goal is to get to a size 6-8 in Jeans, like my friend Jess. You are all beatiful, girls! Besides reading this, read "THE DIET BOOK FOR TEENAGERS ONLY" to learn how to shop using nutritional info. They;re both very encouraging. ONe more thing: try growing a garden! You'll love eating your own fresh fruits and veggies. OR at least shop organically. That's what I do!

Ht. 5'8.5, Wt. 185 - Ok I've finally got it. My goal is resonable. I will eat 1600 calories a day, and lose 1.8 lbs a week. Therefore I will be at 170 by September 29th. :] Healthy right? I think my short term goals will be to lose 10 pounds each date.

Ht. 5'8.5, Wt. 185 - Well this weekened wasn't really good. I gained water weight, then lost it, then I think I gained more, but maybe it's more water weight. Anyways I'm back on track, tennis is starting up again this week, and school is in a little more than a month away. So today Breakfast: Cheerios with 1% milk, and a Danimals yogurt (lol, my mom says there high in calcium) - 270. Played extreme drill tennis for 1 hour, playing later tonight too. Walked around 1 mile.

Ht. 5'5, Wt. Too much - I decided to take ya all's advice and not diet today. I won't binge obviously, but dinner is going to be fajitas and my grandma's famous tater salad. I am a vegetarian now and I have managed to go meatless for 2 weeks (i slip sometimes) so I am going to make one of my really good veggie wraps out of the peppers and spinach we have. yummy.

Ht. 5'9", Wt. G: 30+ lbs lighter - STAY AWAY FROM THE WHITE BREADS! & try to eat less of potatos & white rice ect. white bread is the #1 thing that goes right to wherever you store fat. & its really hard to lose. i stopped eating it a while ago, & all i have is 100% whole wheat. make sure to look at the ingredients for "whole wheat flour." stay away from the "enriched" stuff.

W:212.3 G:150 S:217 - ok im taking everybodys advice and changing my goal to 150. i just feel like i have to compete with all the skinny pretty preps and i dont think i'll be skinny at 150. probably a size 10.grr i dont want to be in the double digits, but i feel better changing my goal. it seems more realistic. thanks guys!! now how long do u think it take for me to lose 62 pounds with eating 1200 calories and walking 1 hr 20 min a day or doing 50 min of taebo? oyy, im soo impatient. i need to stop.
