Ht. 5'4, Wt. 150 lbs. - OMG, i am just so frusturated that I can't lose anything!!! I just don't have motivation. I had been doing well and then yesterday i shoved everything i saw into my mouth. Pie, cookies, funnel cake, licorice. I've never done that bad and I hate myself for it. Sorry guys I needed to vent.

Ht. 5'4, Wt. 145 - so i use to be around 152 and i lost a total of 13 pounds and i was 139 pounds and i looked nice and all... all i did was didn't have junk food only once in a while and used my exercise machine called gazelle and did a little exercise every now and then and then i lost 13 pounds... but now its summer and i can't stop eating even when i'm not hungry i still eat and i don't exercise anymore and i don't know what kind of healthy food to eat.. also i'm keep on putting on weight like wow and i don't want to go back to my old weight.. it might seem as if 145 is not alot of weight but i look bigger than that... also i'm wondering if i can LOSE 25 POUNDS before feburary starting AUGUST 3rd please someone help me out please tell me what to do because i'm tired of having all this fat on me and not having guys even look at... Ht. 5'5, Wt. Too much - Well the birthday food is gone now. Tomorrow I go back to a strict (ish) diet. I have been getting too lenient and I haven't been eating healthy this week. I am going to eat very balanced meals and work out more for the rest of the month. School starts on the 31 and even if I don't look better, I want to feel better and following my plan that I set up for myself has been making me feel really healthy. Plus I dont want to get the normal back to school sickness. its when you havent been around people in a long time and all of a sudden your crammed like sardines. with my poor diet i always always always got sick.

Ht. 54, Wt. 150 - Okay so latley. ive been eating about a 2 inch peice of this sausage my mom bought in the morning. When i do this while eating a little peice at a time. i drink big drinks of water in between each small bites. by the time im done ive drinkin about 2 bottles of water. and just had a tiny portion. after i thought i was hungary and then im not hungery again for like. 6 hours. and then i usually just have another peice of sausage and then bed. Is this bad. because im full. and i feel satisfyed. But if i look back it isnt much. but its all i want. HELP!!!!!!!

Ht. 5 3, Wt. 139 - ok its been like 5 weeks and i lost like 5 lbs total thats not good its taking way too long when i started the weight just peeled off mabe it was water weight but now its so slow im thinking of changing my cereal to something whole wheat and whole wheat bread and no more rice and gravy for awhile my exc. is the same tho i think its the eating

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 140 - i just used the weight calculator and i found a slight problem with it. i put in my sex, height, and weight but i forgot to change the age so it said i was 17 instead of 13. it said i was at a healthy weight, but then i realized i forgot to change my age. so i went back but this time i said i was 13 and it said i was overweight. so if u have the same height and weight when u r 17 as when u r 13 but u r catagorized as overweight at 13 and healthy at 17? what difference does age make?

Ht. 5'7'', Wt. 373 - Today for dinner we had garlic bread pizza... was it ok to have some? just not as much as I used to have. What I did was a cut the peice of garlic bread in half from what I usually ate, and also cut the amount of cheese in half I put ontop, and I didnt put any pepperoni on it, just mushrooms... is this ok? Ive been living on fruit and wheat bread and everything healthy for almost a week I figured it was ok to have a normal food, as long as it was in a small amount

She has to change her whole eating habits, its very strict no cheese, no white bread, no potatoes, no pasta, NOTHING pretty much. Only wheat and whole grain stuff. Stuff with 0 sugar and 0 carbs.. Its a very strict diet. I told her id go on a diet with her because we both needed to lose some weight and I felt bad if she was going through this alone. I got on the scale to read my beginning weight and its at an all time high of 373. Ive been eating healthy for about 6 days now. I feel more energetic, I feel happier. I love it..this is the beginning of a new life for both me and my mom. I dont want to end up with diabetes, its sad that it took a tragedy to get serious and actually stick to changing our eating habits, but atleast were doing it. I have 2... Is 390 calories a good calorie count for breakfast? or is it too much or too little?
