Ht. ***, Wt. *** - Heya.
Well. I have stopped my diet for a week. But now I'm ready to get back on it. To start, I would like to lose ten pounds. It will gradually go another ten and maybe another..iunno. But so far. I'd like to lose ten in a month. Tips? Anyone lose this amount or more in a month, please tell me what you did.

Ht. 5'9 or taller, Wt. 200 - school starts soon and i waz freaking out a lil because im going into 7th grade and all the other girls are skinny and they can wear skippy outfits but they still look like they're in elementry if you cath my drift there is ways i can work my downfalls to my advantage if you cach my drift

Ht. 5' 2'', Wt. NOW:150 STG:140 - i have a new diet im only alowed to have snack reight after a meal and i can only eat 3 meals a day and only 45 carbs per meal the doctor gave it to me cuz i have a big risk of becoming diabetic and have some of the being symtoms so does it sound good?

Ht. 5"11, Wt. dont wanna kno - thats so sweet that all of u are going back to school- i graduated so.... all i have to say is that u dont have to lose as much as possible until school starts- continue to loose the weight u have lost- trust me, setting urself to a goal like that is good, but u have a lifetime to lose it

Ht. 5'5, Wt. Too much - I'm actually looking forward to school now only because its easier to control my eating habits when I'm not at home 24/7. The only thing I'll have to work on is remembering to eat breakfast. I plan on working out in the morning every day this school year so I'll eat some oatmeal. For lunch, I am going to find some veggie meals I can easily bring to school. I think for excersize I will do 30 minutes on the treadmill before school, a nice meditative walk after school, and then finish the other 30 minutes when/if I finish my homework in time. I didn't have a productive summer weight loss wise. I dropped a clothing size in skirts, but I didnt lose any pounds. During the school year I plan on actually dropping pounds and more dress sizes. What are all of your plans for school?

Ht. 5"4", Wt. 159-162 - okay so school starts september 6th so i have from now until then to lose as much as i can...i go for 2-3 or 3-4 mile bike rides practly everyday and i ear breakfast lunch and dinner with a healthy snack. so how much do you guys think i can lose from now intil sept 6th?

Ht. 5"7, Wt. 230 - todays cardio workout 30 minutes on the cybek arc trainer burning 625 calories 30 minutes on the elliptical burning 375 and 15 mintues on the stationary bike burning 90 calories for a total of 1090 calories then 30 minutes or more of weight training
