Ht. 5'6'', Wt. 214 - Hey guys I'm back..And not only did i gain back the 10 lbs that i lost..but i added on another 4. not good. And i can tell, because my clothes don't fit me as well. I start school on wednesday..so my plan is to not eat breakfast (i start school at 8 and i can never eat before that because i get nasuated.) eat lunch at 12:00..(sandwhich, fruit, water) I have to walk AT LEAST a minimum of 30 minutes home every day. Sometimes more. Sometimes I'll walk to school depending if i'm at home or my moms. Then I'll have a snack at 2:30ish when I get home..a fruit or veggie. This is more like an online diary for me..I want to stay away from the computer as much as possible too. You guys always help me soo much. GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR WEIGHT GOALS. and you can SO DO IT!!! Don't give up. Here are some things i heard also.. TIP: Yogurt has 4 or 5 spoonfuls of sugar so make sure not to eat it too much..like some people eat 2 a day. TIP: If you were to stop drinking one can of soda every day, in one year you would lose 14 lbs..wow. TIP: Make sure that whenever you eat, you only restrict yourself to eating at the table..like bb said. If your lazy or watching tv and want to eat something..make sure you do it at the table. TIP: Chew gum while preparing meals and any other time when you feel like you just want to eat food out of bordness. (view less)

Ht. 5'5, Wt. Too much - Okay guys, I was only one pound away from no longer being statistically obese at the end of the school year. I put on 6 pounds of muscle, didn't lose any weight until this last week, and now I am only 5 pounds away from that same thing!!! whoop!

Ht. 5'3, Wt. 173 - I've been working out at a gym everyday (and i mean, everyday) for 2 hrs. One hour is for cardio and the other is for strength training. I'm eating healthy with special K, rice cakes, salads, fish, water. Ive been exercising for 3 weeks and i have not lost 1 pound!! however, i do see a differnce in my shape. But what about the weight?

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 179 - HI im Tommy and I have a weight issue. I just am really fat my waist is also 48 in. I never really eat healthy because I hate healthy food. I live next to McDonalds so I eat there for lunch and dinner everyday. I can not wear tight shirts and my belly hangs over my pants. And when I swim I do not take off my shirt even though most of the kids in my neighborhood are obese any ways. I can not even run 1 quarter of a mild or do 2 pushups or situps. last year in school I broke my chair. I can not even ride a bike so I often invite kids over and play Xbox. Some hep please.

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 154 - ok i went to the mall and i droped to sizes i am a size nine now yeah! also ambercrobie clothes fit me now i love those dazziners yes. ok so this is what i did today went for a 20 minet jog then ate a smothee i made it my self mmm... then i went to yoga and then i haad a 100 cal snack pack and some blue berrys then went for a short bike ride for dinner i am ethire having a lean tv dinner les then 400 cal or a sald then i am going to walk my dogs this wasent the best diet day but it was pretty good

Ht. 5'2, Wt. ? - well i got off to a late start this morning, I woke up at 11. so far i have had 300 calories, and i am expecting some subway for lunch. I am going to use my weighted jump rope(its has weighted handles so i get an arm workout too) for about 40 mins, with a 10 min break in between. Heres to hoping i actualy go through with my diet today!

Ht. 5'8, Hey yea i am still the same weight since i started a new skool and all i am haveing a hard time eating 4 three days all i been eaing is a bag of chips and a water (bc my friends makes me eat that ) and maybe dinnerbut thats all and i hope this might help but i aint hungry 4 sum reason so its not starving but im afriad that it soon becoe a habbit and ill get sick and it might help to lose sum weight!

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 182 - i have a tip for u guys, which has really helped me..if u eat junk food make up for it..like today i had high calorie choclate chip cookies..i will make up for it by not eating anything for the rest of the day except lettece or celery which has no calories.. ps. ive been doing really bad latly, im eating wayyyy to many carbs! rice bread potatoes u name it =(

Ht. 5 3, Wt. 139 - weight sucks man i hate it im doing good tho i just havent dropped any pounds hopefully when school starts on tuesday i will have a strict scheduale and eating plan i will go to school then after school do my exc. for 50 min then a shower then homework then food then tv then sleep mon-fri then on sat i wil walk in the morning for 45 min then on sun i will rest u kno? ur body does get tired like mine was so tired today but i will do ddr later tonight and im going dancin tommorow so that will help
