Ht. tall, Wt. 190 - I just finished doing 50 jumping jacks.. 20 crunches, and running on spot for 7 minutes. is that a good way to excersize? PLus my mom is buying a tredmil and im going to use it every morning b4 skewl and b4 bed.. does anyone know how much weight u can lose for jumping on a trampoline for about an hour? Ht. 5'3", Wt. *** - I'm 5'3 and 138 lbs. Thats not even over weight but today someone was like so are you happy to be exspecting?? They thought I was pregnant!! I wanted to cry. I then came home and ate junk food because we don't have much healthy food in my house right now. I don't know what to do!! I hate this!! I feel like I"m gaining weight every day!! It's so gross!!
