Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 169.8 - Thanks for the advice about not eating ice cfream for calcium...but I'm not pathetic! I eat like 2 lowfat yogurt and/or puddings and milk a day! I always have a ton of calium in my diet. If it's on thing i can eat, it's yogurt! I love it soo much! And ice cream once in a while is not so bad...I don't by the regular kind, usually like slow churned ligt or something. Plus I fiund this awesome cones that are only 50 cal, no fat, and have 3g of sugar with no artificial sweetners! it's btter than adding alll that syrup and gunk on top.

Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 169.8 - Brakfast: highfiber lowfat muffin, lowfat yogurt, water/Lunch: 1 slice healthyish pizza (topped with cheese, brocoli rabe and proschutto, not a lot of grease at al), lowfat yogurt, plum, glass of 100% unsweetened juice.

Ht. 5-5, Wt. 154 - so..... today I swam 100 laps, ran 2 miles, played tennis for 3 hours, and ate reasonably well!! yay me!!

Ht. 5ft 7 in, Wt. 183.5 - Yesterday I jogged in place, did 45 crumches, 10 push ups, 50 jumping jacks. How did I do on the exercise part??

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 140 - i did so so good last week i did a 1/2 week weight in thing and it said i was like 3 pounds less then the start of the week but this weekend we had a little partie with cake and everything so i in all did not lose any weight by the end of that week i hope to do better this week but there so many leftovers :( Good luck to all you can do it just keep trying

Too Much - Also, here is a good Recipe for Banana Waffles or Pancakes! ~Ingrediants~ Waffles/Pancakes, Banana~Procedure~Mash up the bananas in a bowl with a fork until its goopy and almost liquid. then just spread it over ur pancakes or waffles with a knife as if it were butter. I havent tried this yet.. but i will tomorrow with my special k waffles! you can do that with toast and english muffins etc... also i heard special k isnt that good for you. i will look at the igrediatns later, also, what kind of other cereal do u recommend besides cherrios? theyre disgusting!! a good book for you to read if u are a girl is" The Diet for Teenagers Only" by Carrie Wiatt and Barbara Schroeder.. its awesome! its not complicated to read and gives you alot of info and helped me alot!!ehh only thing..its about 20 bucks lol

Soy Milk DOES have calcium. well.. the one i have does. its SIlk soy milk. the flavor is Very Vanilla(tastes awesome especially in cereal or plain). It also has 35% calcium. =P

Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 169.8 - Sorry if I sounded agnry before...I took a chil pill! :0) Anyhow, I'm going on my first visit to an adult doctor in October, so I'd like to loose some weight by then and see what he has to say. LUckily he treats my parents...so he'll probably understand about genetics and everything!

Ht. 5'5, Wt. Too much - Yes, Catelynne, I am now a health nut and yes I am still overweight. Wanna know why? Because it takes longer than a mere 2 months of semi-organic foods to lose 75 pounds. Now, ignore my advice: I don't care. But when you plateau or still get sick with diseases related to eating those ingredients you'll see why I avoid them. In addittion, you make it sound like I can never eat anything fun. I eat cookies a few times a month. I eat ice cream. I eat pasta and breads. I just eat the right kinds so I won't regret it later. There is no need to be rude to me. I was just trying to help ya'll. Health is more important than the weight you are.

Ht. 5'2, Wt. fat - okay is this a good plan for tomorrow. honey nut cherrios with 1% milk and orange juice. salad for lunch. then going on bike ride then gym. for dinner i'll probably have a rib or two. or i might have whats ever in the house.

Ht. 54, Wt. Too Much - well let me first say that i am very proud of my self. I've been overweight since the 3rd grade and i am now entering grade 9. ive been teased and made fun of for 6 years, and ive decided i had enough. i started my diet about 2 weeks ago. Well, i went school shopping yesterday.. i usually wear an XL in juniors.. but today i tried on a Large and it FIT!!! It wasnt hugging mmy stomach, and that was the motivation i needed to be more active in my excersize. I HATE USUING THE TREADMILL!!! So my parents dicided to get me an excersize bike. Also i dont like going to the park or jogging around town. Well this is what i eat.. im on a 1400 Calorie a day diet.Breaksfast- 3/4 Cup of Vanilla Almond Special K with Silk Very Vanilla Soy Milk.(ITS DELICIOUS I SOO RECOMMEND THIS MILK!!)
