Ht. 5"3, Wt. Overweight - hey everyone. I haven't posted in a while b/c I'm not doing that good. I just feel so alone. I feel like every day is a struggle because I'm not sure whether I'm going to have that yucky feeling after eating so much. I wish I could tell people so they could support me, but there's no one to tell. It's not that I'm worried about losing a lot of weight, even though I have to. Right now I'm worried about gaining a lot. I'm in that vicious circle where I eat a lot then feel bad then eat more and more and my weight is shooting up. I feel like I can't pull myself out of this alone. My whole day revolves around eating. I hate everyday lately:( Please help

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 320 - im suppose to intake 2800 calories a day to maintain my current weight and 2400 calories to lose 1-1 1/2 pounds per week but lately i have been eating like i normally do and i have been keeping a log of my calories and i never go over 2000 but i still gain weight so i have set a goal to eat 1500 calories per day and exercise according to statistics i should lose 3 pounds a week if i eat 1500 calories a day or you would lose 105 pounds per year do you think my goal is realistic this is what i ate today
Turkey, all classes, light meat, meat and skin, cooked, roasted
calories - 268 kcals carbs - 0 g protein - 39 g fat - 11 g

Im sort of on a platue right now.
and i was wondering if going on the atkins diet for a week. and then exersicising extra until i start to lose weight and then going back to just eating healtier might work to fix the problem? cuz since im on a platue. i figure i can maybe trick my body.

Ht. 5'5, Wt. Too much - Oh my gosh guys! I met 2/3 of my summer goals. Goal #1: Fit into my pink and yellow floral skirt that I havent fit into since freshman year. I have been wearing it a lot now. Goal #2: Fit into size 14 jeans. I fit. Its still a little tight when i sit down, but i dont have to lay down to button them and i dont pour out of the top. Goal #3: Run a full mile without stopping. I haven't managed this one yet. I am up to .6 of a mile. I am going to try again tonight.

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 180 - does anyone else have major issues with their sweet tooth. i do so well but when it comes to something sweet i give in. ive lost 15 pounds and i have been doing the same stuff except added some exersise 10 minute running one mile. and i havnt lost ANY weight. im getting so frustrated i dont know what to do. i need to lose as much weight as possible by jan. ANY ADVICE AT ALL PLEASE GIVE.

Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 170.8 - Hey guys! Breakfast: higfiber lowfat muffin, yogurt whip/Lunch: light ham and lowfat cheese sandwhich w/ 1 sliced pickle, yogurt w/ unsalted almonds, 2 SMALL wafer cookies/Dinner (plan) 1 turkey burger, tomato salad, baked fries/ So for a snack...we went out to eat last night, and i'm so proud of myself! Before I was able to eat bread, a whole appatizer, a family stlye entree AND dessert! But I was like I just can't eat like that anymore! I only had 1/2 an appitizer of fired calamari (my once a summer treat, haevn't had fast food in like...2 months...), 1/2 an entree of baked eggplant, and like 3 forkfuls of pasta. we have everything else left over! My question is...what should i have for a snack? I think I'll go with SOME, NOT ALL of the eggplant and split the rest w/ my aunt, but what should I do?

today i ate toast for breakfast
a turkey samwhich for lunch
almonds for a snack
drank water
and for dinner i had chicken, beans, and rice with a little bit of salsa and sour cream
after dinner i had a little bit of ice cream
then i went on a bike ride for about 25 mins.
Is there anything i can change
