Ht. 5'8, Wt. 17? - Yupp i am still fat i started skool today i didnt eat 1 thang tell dinner but i think thats at]ll nerves (freshmen) but yea thats ok i been on the track team going on 4 years anf playing volleyball and its like i muscle its just there is flubber i want to lose lyk 20 pounds then i will look so good11111111 ANY SUGGESTIONS?

Ht. 6'0, Wt. 150 - hey guys...you may remember me from like a long long time ago but i just wanted to do my most current weight and prove to you it is possible my highest weight was 222 pounds i was just months and pounds away from pancriatic failure which you can die from and a type 2 diabetic since i was 6 or 7 i'm insulin resistent meaning any sugar,fat,carb etc. would turn right into fat unlike other peaple who if they ate that it would turn into energy i used to gain about 6lbs a week i know it sounds crazy but its true and yes even though i am tall i was very weak and miserable...i know how all of you on here say obesity is genetic and if your parents are big then your gonna end up that way to my mom is 5'3 140lbs my dad is 6'4 275lbs...kinda big and every doctor i went to said well look at her dad obviously your doing... Ht. 5'4, Wt. 190 - hey guys i started my diet on auguest 1st.i been eating 3 meals a day and i walked every night around the neighborhood a few times and i think i found something that works for me when i get a craving...try brushing your teeth...LOL...i mean like you know how after you brush your teeth and eat something...it tastes really bad.......So everytime you crave something just brush your teeth LOL....i dont know if that advice will help but it's kinda helping me =)

I just thought i'd share with you some of my experience about being overweight. I was overweight from the time I was 3 or 4 til 14. My mom used to enable me by making fattening foods such as cookies, chinese and any kind of dessert. Overtime it stuck to me, literally, I ended up weighing 313 pounds when I was 14, now I'm 16 and 130 pounds, I'm so happy. I didn't have surgery, no special diet, no pills... I learned to exersise and eat moderately. If you want a cookie or a little ice cream, have some! just don't sit there and eat 5 cookies or a pint of ice cream, it's all just common sense! remember, it's not how much you eat, it's what you eat that counts!

Ht. 5ft. 4in, Wt. 171lbs - Good morning! I just started my new job, babysitting, and last night was my first night. I turned out really well! We did have some snacks though, nothing too bad, like pretzels, but next time I'l be more prepared. I got my . today. Ugggh. Breakfast: 1 lowfat highfiber muffin, yogurt whip, banana, 1 carton mango juice and 1 glass of water.

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 139 - The same old same old has been going on. Ofcourse, you guys would know that from my daily postings if my posts wouldn't get deleted...*Ahem*. I started out at 182 on this site, and I feel really bad, because it's like, now that I'm not overweight anymore, I've sort of been kicked off... All my posts are getting deleted. :( Losing weight isn't something that you can do and then forget about. It's a lifestyle change as well, and so I still struggle with cravings and such while trying to maintain. Anyways, that's all for now. Like I've said before, I'd still like to lose 4-9 more pounds, or maybe it is more like toning, but I carry most of my weight around my middle. Egh. Anyways, today was a good day for me, because my dad brought home pizza and I stuck with 2 slices and 2 breadsticks. That with my other food for today has put my caloric intake up to maybe a bit over 1200. Anyways, that's all for now. Good luck to the rest of ya. :)

Ht. 6'0, Wt. 200 - hey u guys just wanted to check in and see how everybody was doin, im ok i worked all summer in a VERY hot warehouse all summer doing heavy lifting and walking all freakin day so i did not have time to do planed exercise or to really eat healthy, but nevertheless, i still lost about 11 pounds and gained a significant amount of muscle. my arm, shoulders, and chest are alot more toned and cut, and the cool thing is i did not even try!! but now that i have to quit to go back to skool, im gunna have to go back to traditional exercise and eating healthy. c ya!!
