Ht. 5'7, Wt. N:270 QG:240 UG:130 - UGH! I want to sabatoge all indulgences. I am such a weak person. I lost so much weight and i've gained 10 back. And the week to come wont make it any better. Were going out of town and there will be no healthy choices. I'll just have to eat lightly. My diet buddy Leslie (from this site) is helping me out so much with food advice and such. I'm going to try my hardest to meet a substancial weight goal by September 5th (atleast 10 pounds) and even a better goal by December. My birthday is Aug. 11th so that means B-Day party lol. Trying for a life change is so very hard. Especially when you have been on track for so long and then you just stop. I find playing DDR a challenge now. So what are some healthy foods that are good but filling and also what are some good exercises for the abs and legs and good cardio if you dont have an exercise machine?

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 175 - OKAY.....so i had a reality check this week when i went to the doctor and got weighed. over the last year i have gained 20 pounds. Its so depressing because when i was down around 155 i had made it to my 50 pound goal. i had weighed 205...it sucks!! so i started my diet 3 days ago and i have been working out like crazy. Yesterday i did a total of 1 hr. and 50 min. exercise which came out to about 4.5 miles. so i am trying! i want to lose about 40 pounds. anyone have tips let me know...thnaks~blue eyes

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 174 - So I've lost 12.5 pounds since July 16th. Wow. I look at myself in the mirror and think : wow you are still so fat. and it makes me want to cry when I think of how fat I must have looked 12 and a 1/2 pounds ago... Lately I have been writing N.T.A.G.A.T.F on my wrist which stands for : Nothing Tastes As Good As Thin Feels. It encourages me to stay away from junk and eat healthy foods. When my mom asked me about it, I told her it was just a password for a site I visit. So far today this is what I've eaten: BREAKFAST: 1 cup of rasberries LUNCH : 1 cup of 1% milk, chicken/vegitable/potatoe stew (really healthy, its made in a crockpot) no fat added DINNER : planning on having a Greek Salad and 1 cup of 1% milk. NO SNACKING, NO DESERTS. 1300 calories. Unfortunately I was too lazy to exercise today, so I'm going to do crunches, lunges, leg raises, and squats before bed. Good Luck everyone!

Ht. 5"7, Wt. 230 - i went to the gym and worked out then weighed myself a few weeks ago i gained 5 lbs but now i am back down to 230 so todays cardio is 40 minutes on the cybek arc trainer burning 800 calories then a nother 40 minutes on the cybek arc training burning 800 calories for a total of 1600 calories also i did 30 minutes of weight training

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 140 - I got on the scale this morning, and I weighed 140, even a little bit behind 140, like 139 and 3/4ths. Tehehe. I'll take whatever I can get. I don't know though; I haven't done a lot of exercising lately, and I've done a lot of overeating. I went on a couple of 2 mile walks last week and one 1 miler, so maybe that helped some. I know I haven't been going over probably 1500 calories in all; I always try to aim for 1200 though, so I figured I wasn't doing very good. Anyways, so far this morning I've had some oatmeal and some juice. My sis's wedding shower is this evening, and I'm going to lay off the cake, but I figure I might go for some pastel mints. :D

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 190 - AHG! today i had 1 1/2 bowls of fruit loops/bunch of low cal pretzels/ 2 bowls of Pasta w/tomato sauce and some cucumbers( like 5/6 thats not too bad right????? I always had trouble with my diet :*(

Ht. 5'3", Wt. *** - My first day of trying for the last 8 in my case started good and then went bad and it's only 10:30am lol. I work up and has a 250 calories smoothie (it was huge) then I went to cross country and ran 3 miles. Then I came home made cookies had a couple with some icecream, and some chips and salso with cream cheese. Now I'm stuffed for a while though...I'm just going to forget it and hopefully get out of the house and get my mind off food. The last 8 is going ot be hardder than I thought it would be....
