Ht. 5' 2'', Wt. NOW:150 STG:140 - only 10 pounds till my short term goal!!! my long term goal is 120 healthy weight for me is 86 to 126 pounds so i thought that 120 would be good or can i go lower? i just want to look good again. in May my jeans that i wore every day to school stoped fitting now they are to big and im not alowed to where them anymore im a size Medium in shirts and a size 7-9 in pants is that better than XL in a top and size 12 bottoms? i want to be a size 5 or so when i reach my goal is it posible?

Ht. 5'5, Wt. Too much - I'm worried people aren't going to notice a change in me over the summer when I get back to school. I mean my style has changed--no more hoodies and jeans daily, but my weight and size havent changed much. I am basically maintaining now. I think it will be easier to diet and exercise during the school year because i wont have to constantly think about food.

Ht. 5-8-, Wt. 209.5 - i have never been teased about my weight because i was always social, had a lot of friends and like teh funny girl and i still had bf's even though i was overweight and always had a "pretty face" but now peopel are starting to notcice my weight loss and its getting more uncomfortable than before i dont like itthough i love the feelign of weighing less of course.

Ht. 5'4, Wt. 201.0 - hello iam planing on losing 83 pounds because if i don't and only lose 50 i will still be obes.this is actual my first time in my life weighing this much.i just can't take it any more.iam not supose to be like this. i still get nice clothes.but i just get so p.o we people say i was bigger in 6 grade when i was in a size 10.an 140 pounds why am i like this i just get so mad when i lose weight people say you have gotten so big . i'am like i lost 27 pounds whats wrong with you? some one please help me make to my goal.b/c iam always helping other people and not helping myself.

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 175 - Woot I'm down another pound! I was at 176 for 4 days straight and I was getting a little down. I'm only 5lbs away from my goal for when school starts :D When I left school I was 180, then I Sky rocketed up to my highest weight ever, 186.5... I'm now down to 175 and I'm looking forward to the day when the scale says 170, but even more to the day when it breaks into 169!!! According to my BMI I would be healthy at 150 but my doctor says if I was 150 I would be on the thin side because I have almost twice as much muscle mass as most girls my age so even if I only get down to 160, I'll be perfectly healthy. As Kaylee says those last ten pounds (down to 150) would be "vain pounds" lol. Good Luck everyone!

Ht. 5ft. 4in, Wt. 171lbs - Food today: Breakfast: 1 lowfat muffin, yogurt whip,glass of water, glass of fat free choc milk/Lunch: salad (w/ chicken, tomato, lettuce, cheese and egg white), roll, apple/snack: fat free frozen yogurt/exercise; I think I'm going to do some pilates or something right now. I'm gonna get my period, so I don't know how much I weigh right now, plus we JUST got rid of some fattening bakery products in the house. Back to normal now. I want to a size 6 or 8 in jeans. From now on I want to focus more on measurements, not weight. Any tips for toning?

Ht. 5'3", Wt. *** - Ok I am 8-10 lbs away from my ultimate goal. I want to get to that ultimate goal. I am happy that I have gotten to the weight that I am but I want to go all the way. I want to be able to say that I went from over weight, to a healthy weight, to my perfect weight. It would be the happiest feeling ever. I know I'm not over weight but I hope you all suport me on my ultimate goal. If you do suport me I will post my food and exercise for the day on here every day. WE can all do this together. Ht. 5'5, Wt. 142 - Bad day. Bad week. Bad past few weeks. *sigh* It's so hard to get on the right track when all my family ever brings home is sweets and that sort of stuff. I've been under some major stress lately as well, and I'm an emotional eater. If I'm mad at someone...I reach for the Teddy Grahams. It's time to get back on track. I'm so worried I'm going to regain the 40 that I've lost, but they always say that normally, you should have around 2,000 if you aren't dieting, right? I'd still like to get down a few more, maybe to 135. Anyways, do you guys have any advice for me? On making the treadmill more interesting? It seems like I'm always staring at the wall.
