Ht. 5ft. 4in, Wt. 171lbs - Food today: Breakfast: 1 lowfat muffin, yogurt whip,glass of water, glass of fat free choc milk/Lunch: salad (w/ chicken, tomato, lettuce, cheese and egg white), roll, apple/snack: fat free frozen yogurt/exercise; I think I'm going to do some pilates or something right now. I'm gonna get my period, so I don't know how much I weigh right now, plus we JUST got rid of some fattening bakery products in the house. Back to normal now. I want to a size 6 or 8 in jeans. From now on I want to focus more on measurements, not weight. Any tips for toning?

Ht. 5'3", Wt. *** - Ok I am 8-10 lbs away from my ultimate goal. I want to get to that ultimate goal. I am happy that I have gotten to the weight that I am but I want to go all the way. I want to be able to say that I went from over weight, to a healthy weight, to my perfect weight. It would be the happiest feeling ever. I know I'm not over weight but I hope you all suport me on my ultimate goal. If you do suport me I will post my food and exercise for the day on here every day. WE can all do this together. WE can all make it our ultimate goal weight!! GO EVERYONE!!

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 142 - Bad day. Bad week. Bad past few weeks. *sigh* It's so hard to get on the right track when all my family ever brings home is sweets and that sort of stuff. I've been under some major stress lately as well, and I'm an emotional eater. If I'm mad at someone...I reach for the Teddy Grahams. It's time to get back on track. I'm so worried I'm going to regain the 40 that I've lost, but they always say that normally, you should have around 2,000 if you aren't dieting, right? I'd still like to get down a few more, maybe to 135. Anyways, do you guys have any advice for me? On making the treadmill more interesting? It seems like I'm always staring at the wall.

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 320 - hello everyone i have a big problem i am only 17 years old and i weight 320 pounds my goal weight is 150 that mean i have to lose 170 pounds i am entering my last year of high school and i feel terrible since high school has started i gained over 120 pounds i dont have many friends because of my overweight problem people look at me and say “ew look at her she's a pig” “watch out the giant is coming” “look at her wobble” when they say that i feel very hurt and sometime go into the bathroom and cry when the few friends that i do have go shopping i decline the invitation because i am over weight and wear a size 28 pants and a size 5XL shirt when all my friends are in a size 4 pants and a size small shirt i feel embarrassed when i have to go into plus size stores also with plus size stores the dont have ... Ht. 5'8", Wt. 170 - yay. you don't have to respond to this, just some info. if you want to lose 1 pound a week, watch what your eating, and you need to burn 500 calories a day. if you want to lose to pounds you need to burn 1000 calories a day. :] I finally get it.

Ht. 5'8.5, Wt. 185 - Is sucrose syrup the same thing and high fructose corn syrup? I drink propel water after tennis (I bring water to tennis, drink it, walk home, then have propel.) It's actually propel calcium fitness water, so it doesn't have high fructose corn syrup. But it has sucrose syrup. Any similarity? And also there is sucralose. Sounds pretty unhealthy.
