1. pre make food
2. do something active with your friends
3. dont wiegh yourself until your sure you lost at least 5 pounds
4. if you need something sweet eat fruit or peas, just something healthy and sweat.
5. if you must have something unhealthy, hold out until later in the afternoon, this way you dont loose control and eat it all day long.

Ht. 5'4, Wt. 306 - hey everybody, im in need of some SERIOUS help. I'm having a major snack/portion attack. I'm eating way to much, mostly its cereal. I need help asap. ok so like.
my weight is obese obviously. but when i dress my self i know how to dress and most peole think i am about 130 lbs. instead of 150.
its crazay.
i do think i am very prettty girl.
in the face only.
i need help losing weight.
because its hard on my own.
im so restricted because of this weight.-no tank tops-no spagetti straps -only long shirts - and long sleeve shirts over. -no skirts unless way long. and -no capris.
some one help me please.
Im a prisioner of my own body and i just wanna be free of all the rules and restrictions...

Ht. 5'8.5, Wt. 185 - I hope to really buckle down and lose some weight, anyways I was on this website and it said average people eat 2500 calories to maintain their weight. To go on a "diet" you should atleast take 500 calories off of that, so you eat 2000 calories a day. Everyday you can slowly decress the number of calories you eat, but no lower that 1200. If you drop it fast, you will lose the weight but regain it back. Anyways, I was thinking maybe drop down to 1600. I know that's a 900 calorie deficit, but I get full around 1300-1500 calories.
