Ht. 56, Wt. 154 - Hey. Today i tried to eat healthy. I had a small bowl of grapes. 3 thin slice peices of smoked deli ham. and 1 boiled egg. i don't know how many calories and what not are in each. So i was hoping some one more knowledageable about this stuff could possibly tell me. Or atleast tell me if that was good or not.

Ht. 5'3, Wt. 144 - Hey guys. Everyones helped me on here today so I have a better plan in mind...just the normal portion control and exercise deal. Anyway, right now I am a size 11 and I am only moderately overweight, but my ideal goal is to be a size 5-7. Tomorrow, I'm going to have banana walnut instant oatmeal for breakfast with a peach, and I just registered on fitday.com for a free weight loss journal. I'm really excited to start! Anyway, I'm going to Buenos Aires, Argentina on December 20th and its going to be summer there. I would love to be 115 by then! Do you guys think its possible to lose 29 pounds in four months? Or should I shoot for a shorter goal, like 20 lbs?

Ht. 5'3, Wt. 153 - ATTENTION all you teens out there who are stuck beign fat thru an imability to mantain a diet and excersize program help is on the way.. i bought TONING FOR TEENS four years ago and didnt start using it till this summer and the results are so amazing its a see to believe situation.. i have lost inches and look amazing.. i have lost 3 inches off my hips.. 2 off my waist.. and at least 4 inchs off my back and 2 off my ass and my thighs are so small and slender i dont een remeber how disgusting they used to be.. i have lost a total of 15 pounds but i dieted my own way and ran everyday... once you start usiogn this program you aare mentally charged to start doing more to look great because you realize that it is only pounds away the results are real.. please everyone if i could do it you can its the best thing that ever happened to me.. i recommond this book for everyone good luck fellow losers 3

It's been a while sience i waz last on here. i wish the best 4 all U peeps ,and by the way i just got this book on "HOW TO LOOSE WEIGHT" for dummy's,it's really easy on how to get tips and they work withouthaving to have all that weight lifting junk that you'll have to buy for who knows how much.Try looking for it in a store or library or somthing. ~LUV~ *mel*

Ht. 5'5, Wt. Too much - I learned some things today. First of all, anything with hydrogenated ingredients has trans fats. It may say no trans fats, but it just means there is less than 1g. Avoid those. Next, Red40 and other dyes like it in foods like KoolAid and Redvines are nuerotoxins. Neurotoxins = BAD. I think all of you should join me on the organic diet. You can still eat cookies and stuff (still full of fat), but they have healthier ingredients. Peanut butter is one of my favorite foods, but it has so many hidden trans fats that i switched to organic. If you buy organic peanut butter, dont pour out the oil on top. Stir in everything in the jar including the stuff on the bottom. Its really good.

Ht. 5'4, Wt. 157 - okay i defintaly think i weigh more than 157 because i now have this abercrombie and fitch shirt on and its stretchable so of course it shows my figure and when i sit down my stomach goes so far out i almost feinted.i have so much fat hanging over. and im a size 13 womens and my clothes are starting to get tight. like i have this skirt and its a size 14/16 and its getting pretty tight. i dont know what to do. i think i msut weigh almost 170 pounds now but my scale is currently not wrking so i cant check. please help me someone. how much should i weigh?

Ht. 5'3", Wt. *** - I'm going to do my own thing with Celebrety fit Club 4. I have about 10 lbs to lost so that means I want to lose 1 pb every 10 days. I would be thrilled to get down to my ultimate goal weight. I feel for everyone on the show and i'm going to lose the weight with them. I'm also going to do the befor and efter evaluations for pushups, situps, and jump rope for 1 minute. Wish me luck because I'm going to lost 10 lbs over the course of the show!!

Ht. 5'9, Wt. 320 - okay when school starts i might eat a plain bagel with nothing on it for breakfast but when its lunch time at school i find myself eating flaming hot cheethos and soda drinks and candy sometimes popcorn or hot pockets if i cut out the chips candy popcorn and hot pockets and drink water or propels instead of soda pop do you think i would lose weight? i am active in school i do play fall and spring sports so i do get a work out before and after school.

Ht. 5'8.5, Wt. 185 - woo-hoo. *new* diet plan, yet again. Eating 1500 calories a day, and [trying] to burn 1000 calories a day, for a week. (Then I will lose 2 pounds) :] Can you still lose 2 pounds a week if you burn 1200 one day and 800 the next, instead of 1000 for both days? For breakfast I had cheerios, fat free yogurt, and 1 100% apple juice, juice box (350) Lunch wasn't really a lunch, since I was to lazy to make anything so I had an assortment lol. 9 small slices cucumber, natural motts applesauce, and a 100 calorie pack. Also had another juice box (i know, lay down on the juice but it has Vitamin B and good source of calcium) (300) For dinner I'm having a chicken sandwhich and mixed frozen vegetables (carrots, brocolli, beans, and peas. :] Tjis friday is my weigh in day!

Ht. 5'4, Wt. 156 - Hey everybody- I know school is almost starting. At my school we have a big 8th grade dance. I'm really thinking about asking this guy out for the dance. I'm going to lose about 30 pounds during the school year. If I ask out this guy will he laugh in my face? Will he say " Oh you were that fat girl...Um I won't go with you". We have breifely talked in the past but I'm not sure. I really like him. What is your opinon? Thanks!! Caroline
