Ht. 5'4, Wt. 201.8 - hello everyone i just join blubberbuster.8 days ago i found out i was 204 pounds.when i did i couldn't belive because i had been exercising and thought to my self i can't give i have people looking up to me.i play soocer&tennis in 8 days i have lost 3 pounds and know my clothes look better on me .

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 320 - hello everyone i have a big problem i am only 17 years old and i weight 320 pounds my goal weight is 150 that mean i have to lose 170 pounds i am entering my last year of high school and i feel terrible since high school has started i gained over 120 pounds i dont have many friends because of my overweight problem people look at me and say “ew look at her she's a pig” “watch out the giant is coming” “look at her wobble” when they say that i feel very hurt and sometime go into the bathroom and cry when the few friends that i do have go shopping i decline the invitation because i am over weight and wear a size 28 pants and a size 5XL shirt when all my friends are in a size 4 pants and a size small shirt i feel embarrassed when i have to go into plus size stores also with plus size stores the dont have ... Ht. 5'8", Wt. 170 - yay. you don't have to respond to this, just some info. if you want to lose 1 pound a week, watch what your eating, and you need to burn 500 calories a day. if you want to lose to pounds you need to burn 1000 calories a day. :] I finally get it.

Ht. 5'8.5, Wt. 185 - Is sucrose syrup the same thing and high fructose corn syrup? I drink propel water after tennis (I bring water to tennis, drink it, walk home, then have propel.) It's actually propel calcium fitness water, so it doesn't have high fructose corn syrup. But it has sucrose syrup. Any similarity? And also there is sucralose. Sounds pretty unhealthy.

Ht. 5'9, Wt. N:212 S:217 G:150 - OK IVE BEEN USING MEGA T GREEN T PILLS FOR ENERGY AND IVE LOST 5 POUNDS IN LIKE A WEEK. MY FIRST WEEK. BUT I WORKED MY BUTT OFF 1200 CALORIES A DAY AND WALKING 1 HR. AND 20 MIN A DAY. DO U THINK I'LL GAIN THE WEIGHT BACK?? AND OH YEAH I WAS DOIN SOOO GOOD AND THEN I WENT ON A MINI BINGE LAST NIGHT. A PUDDING CUP 1 CUP OF CHILI AND A PEICE OF CORN BREAD. I FEEL SOOO GUILTY. WILL I GAIN WEIGHT. ERR IM BACK ON SCHEDULE TODAY THO. I REALLLLY WANT THIS. MY DIETITIAN APPOINTMENT IS ON TUESDAY. SOO I HAVE 6 DAYS I STATED MY SECOND WEEK LIKE MONDAY. SO FROM THERE TO TUESDAY IM HOPING TO LOSE 3-5 POUNDS. DO U THINK I CAN DO IT??

Ht. 5'5, Wt. Too much - Okay my slimmer jeans fit perfectly in the legs now. But my stomach keeps me from zipping them up. Anyone have any good workouts to slim the stomach besides crunches?

Ht. 5'8", Wt. 170 - Ok, so my portion control is going great today, or so I think. Let's hope I don't blow it. This morning I had a split breakfast. I Woke up late and the only think I could grab was a danimals yogurt -90 cal. Then I came home and ate exactly 1 cup of cheerios, and 1/2 cup skim milk( sounds pretty strict, but I actually LOVE cheerios, and I was curious how much a cup was and everything, because I never measured.)And a banana - 60? For lunch I'm having chicken noodle soup - 120, 10 green grapes (don't know how many calories) and mott's apple sauce - 70 cal. For snacks I had natural skim string cheese (sounds gross but it tastes the same) - Unknown calories. and 6 fat free pringles. Around 40 cal. I've had 30 oz. of water, and 2 small bottles of propel calcium - 60. so many numbers. I know I should be eating more veggies, I'm having them for dinner, and I cut of some cucumbers for a snack later.
