Ht. 5,5, Wt. *coughs* - A is for attitude. A can-do attitude will help you get over the inevitable hurdles of weight loss. Anticipate slip-ups -- they happen. But instead of letting them derail your weight loss efforts, learn from them and get right back on track. You don't have to be perfect to lose weight and be healthy. Just keep your eye on the target and keep moving forward, one step at a time.
B is for breakfast. It really is the most important meal of the day. Don't leave home without eating something nutritious to get your metabolism perking and give you energy for the day ahead. It can be a banana, low-fat yogurt, cereal, last night's leftovers, etc. A small meal that contains both fiber and protein can keep you feeling satisfied until lunchtime.
C is for calories. They do count. Get into the habit of reading... (view more)

Ht. 5 3, Wt. 139 - helooo everyone i have a few questions about eating healthy. does everyone here eat what their family cooks? my family cooks meals that are way too unhealthy for me to stomach anymore. i was wondering should i cook my own meals for myself and eat that? i would try to convice my family to eat healthy but im staying with my grandparents right now and my grandfather is way picky about what he eats. R there any recipes i could try or anything? i was thinking of buying a case of packaged fish and chiken and grilling it for myself evrynight

Ht. 5'6, Wt. S:280 N:275 FG:240 - Does anyone know anything about Carmen Electra's Fit To Strip (Full Frame) DVD I'm thinking of buying it. I am trying to come up with a new workout plan without going to the gym. I would do the Carmen Electra's Fit To Strip (Full Frame) DVD, DDR, Stationary biking and walking along with a little strength training. What do you think about the plan AND OR the DVD. I know it says Fit to Strip, I am mature enough to watch the DVD lol.

Ht. 5'6-ish, Wt. ;dlkfja - Ok...I dunno what I'm posting about or if it will even make sense, but it's to vent and maybe get some suggestions? Ok, well, I don't want to go on a "diet" because I want to keep the fat off and I love food...I know it's all moderation but if I see food in front of me...I'm gonna eat it. I've got the exercising thing down...but the food needs to die...like I said, this post has no point. But yea...should I just like, eat what I want for one meal (in moderation) then change the other too? and if thats a good idea what two meals should i change? And if it isnt a good idea...help?

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 141 - The past few days have been alright with my fitness program. I think I might have lost those couple of extra pounds that it looked like I had gained. I don't know if it is this new medicine or not, but I'm always feeling nauseous lately, and I just don't seem to have an appetite at times.
The past couple of days, I've walked on the treadmill. I walked 2 miles last night, and boy was it tiring! It was odd, because I've walked on the road 2 miles before. The treadmill seems to be more difficult; I think it might be the incline. Anyways, that's about all for me. We ate at Ryan's for my dad's birthday, and I probably overdid it, but atleast I didn't get 2nd helpings for once. The feeling of nauseousness happened then. Anyways, that's just about all for me. I just want to remind you guys, not to be too hard on... (view more)
