Ht. 5'6'', Wt. 2325235 - Izzy thanks so much for all your tips and nice words =D I told myself i was going to do good today but this morning i already messed up. I'm not going to allow myself to keep messing up though..GUYS. i read in a magazine that there tend to be less overweight guys because they dont go on diets or tell themselves that theyre going to eat better. because when they mess up they tend to binge thinking "oh well i already messed up..might as well do bad today and go well tomorrow" i used to do that! its barley going to be 12 and i already messed up but im going to do good the rest of the day! GOOD LUCK ON THOSE 15 LBS IZZY! YOU CAN DO IT!!!

Ht. 5'7, Wt. T M I - Made a BIG mistake this past 2 weeks! It cost me to gain almost half of my 25 pounds back! Yikes!! Anyways, though I am now back on track starting this Sunday-actually I started this morning. I have my motivation back and feel so much better and positive about this. I dont know what in the world possesed me to let myself go for 2 weeks?!?!! But Oh well, I messes and up and the only thing I can do now its keep going forward. Oh, yah- Has anyone ever heard of a candida cleanse? My doctor says I have an over build up if candida in my body, which can cause obesity! And doing a candida cleanse, helps you lose some weight, as well as many other cleanses. Anyways, I wasnt told to get a cleanse and that was like 2 years ago. Ht. 5'5'', Wt. now:247 was:273 - hi, bso i have been on this sigh beofre but never wrote. so today i write for the first time. as you can see i need to lose alot of weight. so i have started out at 273 pounds and now i am losing weight. if anyone has pointers or sucess stories or just want to wish me good luck, it's greatly appreciated

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 210 - at first i biked 30 minutes and have not lost weight with eating pretty healtyh and drinking 2+ liters of water everyday.
i started jogging 30 minutes everyday for the past 2 weeks and do not drink any soda at all only water. and i have not lost any thing. what am i doing wrong? its seriously a bummer!

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 183 G-160 - I lost 2 pounds.=)... I eat toast w/ I can't belive it's not butter ( It has no calories) every morning and sometimes 1 glass of milk and water the rest of the day. And for lunch and dinner I just try to eat nothing fatty but if it is i only eat a lil.

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 184 - Look i really need help with this. But it doesnt seem like anyone wants tah answer or comment my bulletins. why? I wiegh 184. as of yesterday. I refuse to get on the scale more then once a week. I have been eating like crazy, and i feel hungry all of the time. I need motivation. and i need it fast. also i have a girl the same age as me livin with me. and she is real skin and for some reason i eat more in front of her. and its not because she does bc she barely even eats. I want to join yoga but i dont know how to go about doing it. I wanna loose 10 lbs by the end of september. or maybe even the beginning. If its possible. But I need help. Ht. 5'6, Wt. 180 - Woohoo Sunday is weigh in day:D From 2 weeks ago I have lost a total of 5 1/2 inches over my bust,waist and hips (all together) and a total of 6 pounds! I must have traded in a lot of fat for muscle, which is great news:) I was thinking earlier this week that I just wasn't seeing the results but the measuring tape told me I was wrong and now I'm in a great mood, today I ate very well, did 50 crunches and went on the treadmill for 40 mins (250 calories burned off) and I feel great!!!
For those who aren't seeing the results just keep up whatever you're doing because when you do (and you will) it's all worth it, and it only encourages you to work ever harder. Good luck guys, I still have lots more to loose.

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 180 - Hey y'all! Just checking in to say what I've eaten today...
9:30 AM - glass of 1% milk with protein shake mixed in (lots of vitamins : vitamin D, B12, vitamin C, vitamin A, fibre, calcium..all sorts!
1:00 PM - pita bread sandwich (turkey, lettuce, mustard, light cheese)
3:30 PM - 2 vegitarian soft tacos
9:00 PM - 1oz of steak (1 serving) with steamed broccoli and onions.
I think I did really well today:)

Ht. 5'1", Wt. 160 - ok so today i had a bowl of macaroni and a glass of v8 juice for lunch... for dinner i drank a glass of milk and ate a tuna fish sandwich w/ baked beans for dinner.. (ik its weird but my mom made me eat the beans) I also had a glass of kool-aid and iced tea today... oh and my brother gave me like a handful of gummy bears.. i couldnt resist... so other than the gummy bears how am i doing... i also ran for 5 min. (it would have been longer but it started raining:( ... if any 1 could give me any advice or tell me how im doin 4 my first day that would be great.Thanx
