Ht. 5'7, Wt. 195 - So far today I had-Breakfast//2 cups of fuit salad(mangos, starwberries and grapes)Snack//1oz part skim cheese, diet coke Lunch//2pieces of 12 grain bread w/ extra lean chicken, lettuce, tomaotes and 2 medium pickles, a glasss of sugar free lemonade. I am planning on having a snack (maybe fat free yougurt and banana?) later and a small portion of dinner with no potaotes or rice. After dinner i will go to the gym for 90 minutes, and maybe a 45 minute walk this afternoon. Does this sound like a good day? Also a few questions, my birthday dinner is on Saturday and i need to choose a cake, what kind should i get? I was thinking maybe i could have an angel food with strawberries...?? One more thing i am going on holidays and we will bascially be travelling in the car a lot, meaning very little exercise, and always eating out..I mean there is only so much salad I can eat! Any good restraunt slections that are healthy?? And what should i do for exercise?? Thanks tons!

Ht. 5'5, Wt. Too much - For dinner I made Garlic Potato Tapas with a fruit kabob. I am starting to enjoy my healthy lifestyle more. In the beginning it was micro planned and just overly strict. It worked i lost a lot of weight and nearly 20 inches from all over my body, but it was boring. I got sick of eating veggie burgers and string cheese everyday. Now I am focusing more on homemade foods to lower my sodium intake. I eat homemade veggie wraps, oatmeal with some fruit, and thanks the Recipezaar I found some really healthy dinners that I can make for my family. I still munch on triscuits and cheese, but thats because the health food doesnt have enough calories in it. I keep my junkfood intake to one day out of the week. I am also focusing more on non-meat protein sources. For excersize I just do moderate workouts. I'll go for a walk if I am in the mood (I go at least 3-4 time a week). I jump on my neighbor's trampoline nearly everyday and get all sweaty and tired. Then I will come home and usually do 30 minutes on a heavily inclined treadmill and 3.4 mph and just walk. Then i will do bicep curls, squats, lunges, crunches, etc. I am not doing it today because I am really really tired, but I will tomorrow. Its become more of a lifestyle change. I find it easier now that I am cooking real meals, and I envision myself continuing this for the rest of my life. I'm not noticing as drastic of changes as I was in the beginning, but for the first time I actually had three people comment on my appearance today: skirt, tanktop, no more braces, and a newly healthy attitude. Ht. 6'2, Wt. was 305 now 197 - Hey, im back again just to give some advice. Never eat late at night, never drink pop, never eat fast food. Do 45 mins of 4 times a week, and have 1200-1500 calories and you will lose the weight. Ive lost over 100 pounds and since may have been building muscle, I think you should have faith in what I say. my picture....http://putfile.com/pic.php?pic=main/7/19813210291.jpg&s=f10
