Ht. 5'0", Wt. 144 - i was just curious about this.... isthere a limit to the amount of water you can drink? or the more water you drink the better? because i see people saying they drink 3 liters of water everyday and that's alot. just wonderin

Ht. 5 3, Wt. 140 - whoooo man i have been doing soooo bad but it was because i pulled ma teeth and they didint want me outside. now tommorow i start up again with the exc. and the diet and the sleep scheduale and the water. heheheh i will lost the last 5 lbs by aug. 15

Ok i wanna loose as much weight as i can before like the middle of December does anyone have any tips and an estimate of how much weight i can loose during that time?

Ht. 5'5, Wt. Too much - My dinner last night was so healthy it surprised even me. I had 2 scrambled egg whites, organic vanilla soy yogurt, grapes, peas and water.

Ht. 5ft, Wt. 135 - Ok for lunch I had a veggie burger and 3/4 cup of low fat cottage cheese with triscuts with Crystal Light and for the first time probably ever I didn't have a mid-morning snack! I also went swimming for about 45 minutes in 6ft deep water so I was constantly moving.

Ht. 5-8-, Wt. 213.5 - im down 10 pounds i am very happy, the only thing is that i didnt exercise today and i binged... on healthy foods. the reason why i didnt work out today is because i did a 12 mile walk/ jog yesterday and my whole body is sore.. no excuses just i dotn wantt o risk it and i want to give my body some time to regain itself but im still feeling poorly aout the binge thoguh it was on cucumbers and i had 2 no fat ice pops 25 cals each.

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 185 - Hey! I'm looking for someone serious about losing weight with me. The doctor recommended me losing about 30 pounds, so I'm trying to find someone who has a similar goal in mind. Ht. 5ft 7 in, Wt. 188 - Okay for breakfast today I had.... 1/2 a grapefruit, 3 strawberries, a handful of grapes, and peaches in a light syrup. Was that a good breakfast? How long should I exercise to work it off? Good Luck to everyone.!

Ht. ?5'8, Wt. ??? - yay i'm 13! my birthday was july 10th. today i got back from a 2 week long road trip to idaho for white water rafting and it was sooo fun. i tried to do the ducky (inflated kayake) as much as possible cus that besides hike's was the only real excercise. I dont think i lost any weight if i didn't gain because the road part of the trip was tons of sitting and no excercise but i'll see tomorrow. I really would like to lose 8-10 pounds by the start of school (august 21). if anyone has some tips that aren't obvious (like eat right, excercise, and drink tons of water- which I have been attempting for a long time) please email them to me at eornitz@sbcglobal.net . thanx
