Ht. 5'3, Wt. 180 - I've been walking and in a day my mom and friend both see results! If you just add 30 minutes walking or easy activity and eat a but healthy, ya know take it slow you'll see results very quickly! So set your mind to and you'll lose the weight! Good luck everyone! Ht. 5'2, Wt. not sure.. - ok so i had for breakfest 2 waffles 60 calories each and a water. and for lunch i didnt have anything. but my mom is makeing kabobs for dinner with chicken. and something else i wanted to know how many calories does chicken have grilled if its in little cube pieces. cause i only can eat 800 and something more. and im gonna exercise on the trampolean today at about 5. cause after dinner. so im doing pretty good i got tempted to have popcorn from smartfood but denied it when my sister said do u want some. so im pretty proud there and i have this girl whose helping me get through my diet. shes pretty nice too and i met her right here. :]. so if anyone has anything i can do...please reply to this thanks brianna :]

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 203 - okay its been a full week since ive started doing 2 miles a day now i think im gonna add 1 more lap and every week just keep adding over all in this week ive lost 4 pounds and ive been eating like pizza and everything but yeah im gonna start chaning what i eat so i can lose more! Ok i have this problem where like one day i''l be doing great u kno like excersising eating right and everything and i'll feel great and then the next day i completly BINGE!!! i eat anything and everything!!!!!!!! and then the next day i'll be back on track and then in like 3-4 days i'll binge again!! Ht. 5'6", Wt. 155 - so guys... i just did the "walk away the pounds" 3 mile walk! then 100 crunches. it felt good! now i'm eating dinner. i'm having this soup stuff that my mom made:tomatoes, zuchini, corn, ocra, carrots. and some otehr stuff.. it's so good!! i'm going to have an organge and some salad too!! it feels good.. what do yall think?

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 183 - ok so, so far today: breakfast- black berries and a kashi bar (about 280 calories) lunch- chicken, & lettuce in a wrap (250 calories) and a little bit of light chicken ceasar salad (90 calories).. so far for excercise i swam in my pool.. not long though, and also i did running backwards for 26 laps on the short side of the pool (which is 20 feet) then running foward another 26 laps. not much but better than nothing. i might run later. anyway my problem is im going to a mexican restaraunt for dinner tonight. does anybody have any suggestions on something healthy to eat there.

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 183 - So my friend and I decided to work out together (Sammy, she comes here to) and it definetly helps. I reccomend it to everyone. We did tae bo boot camp and it kicked are butts, but it was awesome. In the middle we'd randomly shout out to eachother "BIKINI" to keep us going! IT was awesome!

Ht. 5'2, Wt. not sure.. - ok so i was gonna start dieting today. but my mom went to mcdonolds and i had a sausage mc muffin and a hasbrowm..and i had 2 of each. so ya i ws pretty full. but then after a little while after i ate that i had watermelon and water.i been drinking water alot latley. and ihad 2 whole bottles. i exercised on the trampolean for about 10 minutes but it was too hot. i need to loose weight in about 5 weeks before schools starts because im gonna be a junior. and i wanna change before im a senior. so i was considering a starvation diet and drinking just water. but idk if that works. but if i dont do anything about my eating problem/weight diet thing im gonna be an unhappy person. so can anyone give me any ideas. cause i seriously need to. i always tell myself that im gonna start the diet. but i never go through ... Ht. 5'5, Wt. Too much - I am amazed. A few days ago I wouldnt eat much and then go to bed feeling all bloated and full. I started upping my calories a bit and i go to bed hungry! And guess what?? I fit into my american misses size 14 jeans. They are still tight, but they zip so my summer goal is to be comfortable in them. I ate a few too many egg whites today (5) but i really needed to get some more protein in. I also ate an organic toaster thing, a corn on the cob, a bowl of oatmeal with fruit in it, and a tortilla with cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and lots of onion on it. It was more calories than i normally get and i was stuffed at the end of dinner after corn and that meatless fajita, but within an hour i was starving again. I think this is going to work for me guys!
