Ht. 5'8, Wt. 183 - So far today I have eaten, breakfast - raisen bran w/ 1% milk: 200 cal. Lunch - 1/2 cup keylime lowfat yogurt - 230 cal, and 1 cup shell noodle things without butter. 210 cal. Calorie intake so far - 640. That's good for lunch & breakfast right? I hope so. Later I will be biking, and drills for tennis/practice with my mom.

Ht. 5'5, Wt. Too much - Okay so for excersize today I already did 30 minutes on a highly elevated treadmill at 3.4 mph. I got really sweaty and everything (it was 1.7 miles), but i lost track of time because i was watching America's Got Talent on a recorded tape. I am going to go for a walk with my dog later (1.5 miles) around our hilly neighborhood. I am also going to probably jump on the trampoline at my neighbor's house.

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 274 - anyways I got 4-7 weeks before school starts and I am going to do the kellogos for breafast and a kellogs bar for brefast snack. For lunch imma have a slim fast shake and for luch snack imma have a friut or a snack and for dinner imma have a meal thats low in fat LOL and for my indulgment treat ( a Good snack) imma have 100 calorie packs or some baked chips!!!??? Umm how dis sound?? try for 4 weeks?

Ht. 4ft 8, Wt. - Does anyone know a good althernative to soda? So far the only thing I drink now is sparkling water which is sortof like it without as many calories, sugar ect. Any ideas?

G130 - i think i set my self up to not lose weight because i keep thinking i will not like how i look when i lose it or it will change me to much and not for the best. cause im never been this low and i want to go lower but i dont know if i will like how i will look what can i do i have never saw myself that small what can i do.

Ht. 5'7, Wt. Around 176ish - WOOH lmao omg i just got back from my almost hour walk:O im so tired and im sweating my ass off:| i burned like 209 calories and walked 4265 steps(1.69 mile) i feel so tired but later im sure i will be thankful:) Hope everyone else is doing well:D

Ht. 6'0, Wt. 172 - ok hey guys im gonna try the Negative Calorie Diet this week look it up on google or something...it makes a lot of since and doesnt look that hard to do of course im still gonna excercize and stuff but i just wanna see is this really works...so ill post back on sunday and tell you how it went...ive been loseing 3 pounds a week so this week im gonna try and shoot for 4-4.5 ok BYE!

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 274 - oK so i am Like black so i went to bet.com yea anyways well there a healthy section oon there and i went to people who lost alot of weight well there is this lady who ate kellogs cerial for breafast and lunch and a slim fast shake for dinner and for her snacks kellogs vbar she tried this for three mouths and lost 92 pounds dont belivie me go to bet.com and go to healthy section and look that way. And after her doing that she just ate less but ate the same foods imma do that???

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 182 - Hey. My names Jessica, I used to be Orcy, but i haven't been on for a while. Anyway i used to be about 169 lbs, and then i started eating really healthy and got to be 159. then suddenly last august it ended and im the heaviest i have ever been. Anyway, i know hwo to eat healhty and excercise btu what do you guys do to keep you motivated? btw I'd like to be in the low 170s by the end of August for my doctors appt.
