Ht. 5'7, Wt. 177 - today was a ok day so far i ate for breakfast 2/3 a cup of potatoes and a thin slice of turky then i took a short 15-20 minet walk for lunch i road my bike to subway 1.7 miles up and down hill. and got a low fat low caliore low sodium low sugar sandwich with lots of veggies and a water bodel
(no chips). then i had to to ride my bike back home i took the long way 2.1 miles. for dinner i am probely going to have a sald and apple slices then walk my dogs about a mile and a half. I LOVE SUMMER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 280 - ok so im like around there..and im scared because wed comeing up im going to an amusementpark..and i read a story on here about someone who cried because they couldnt go on the roller coaster..and it got me worried what if that was me. i would be soo embarrased. so is there anyway u can loose weight in like 2 days alittle. and exercise that would help me loose some weight. cause i really need to loose weight, i've been eatin vegetarian stuff but idk if thats been helping. so can someone give me any advice to help me.

Ht. --, Wt. --- - OK, this is the first weekly challenge!!!! Everyone who wants to can join. This week is: DO A CARDIO WORKOUT FOR AT LEAST 30 MINUTES FOR 5 DAYS BY NEXT MONDAY!!!!! I know a lot of you are already doing lots of exercise, and if you are, I challenge you to add 10 minutes to it for this week. Good luck everyone. Once or twice throughout the week, I might make a post seeing how everyone is doing on the goal, and then on Monday, it will be time to set a new goal, and talk about our success on this week.

Ht. 5'5, Wt. Too much - Well today went pretty well. I managed to avoid pizza by eating before the rest of my family. I made myself a tortilla sprinkled with some cheese to get me over my desire for the greasy ungoodness. Much lower in calories. For dessert I had some angel food cake and strawberries (which really isnt that bad for you). And for excersize i went on a nice long walk with my dog and jumped on the trampoline for a long time. Much more enjoyable being in the sun and doing those fun cardio excersizes than being stuck on the treadmill.

Ht. 5'5, Wt. Too much - I didnt do well with diet, but I did pretty well with excersize. I had some cake for dessert and I ate meat again, but I made sure they were small servings. i cut the cake in half and only had a few bites of what leslie refered to earlier as "already dead animal." I ran half a mile, then put the treadmill on a really high incline with a lower speed and walked the other half. I did almost my entire walk--i had to skip some because i was walking my dog and we had a scuffle with another dog and i had to cut the walk short. I am going to see if i can tape on demand television stuff. On demand, we have fit TV and I can take like short things such as bellydancing and cardio. I am going to try it. It looks fun. My dad also offered the option of tennis lessons this summer. I want to, but I dont want to do it. I kinda wanna try out for tennis in the spring, but i'm not sure if i should take the lessons or not.

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 175 - Hi, this is my first time on here. My long time goal is to be 120 and short term is 140-150. If anybody has any helpful hints on how to lose weight, I could really use them. thank you. I am starting a new diet tomorrow. Kind of making one up, not a specific plan. Also, any hints on how to stay motivated would be great too.

Ht. 5,5, Wt. *coughs* - Hey Hey Thanx For the advice... from now on my breath will be minty fresh with all the teeth brushing and gum chewin i'll be doin from now on... lol This mornin I exercise for half an hour... 10 on cardio and 20 on strength training... or should it be the other way around??? and well im not hungry so i only ate 2 meals today with lots of water and natural juices... is that good?

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 210 - ive been stuck at my weight of 210 for a long time, and lately ive been excercising (cycling) 30 minutes everyday and drinking 2+ liters of water a day. I also try to eat healthy as i can.
it kinda sucks cause before i drank a lot of soda and was 220 then i stopped drinking soda, and started excercising and got down to 200, then i gained the weight back but i still dont drink soda. so its harder this time around.
