Ht. 5'6, Wt. 140 - Well it's been a while since i've been on this web site I remember about 4 years ago when I first found this web site I was over weight. My weight was 168 pounds at the height of 5'4 i never really was down on myself but I knew if I kept continuing to gain weight by the age 17 I would of been at least 200 pounds. Well my sophmore year in highschool I went on a strict slim fast,lean cuisean, and special k diet dropping from 168 to 127 I never felt better. over the 3 years i've gained 13 pounds back but i've usually maintained a weight of 131 im out of town now so i gained some weight over summer break but it will drop right back of soon. I just wanted to encourage everyone to strive and never give up. 4 years ago when i started coming to this web site i never would of imagined that 4 years would past so fast.... (view more)

Ht. 5-8-, Wt. 216 - its my birthday today, extremely exciting~ and i usually say that i "treat" myself on my birthday with food liek a day off but i realized that treating myself truly would just be to have fun with my friends and treat my body to the health it deserves. i ate my normal diet and for dinner i havd a slice of pizza and a sliver of cake. what helps me lose the wight nmostly is the support of my friends. though they are ridiculously skinny, they know i am on a diet and they even bought me fat free ices for my bday because we normally bake eachother cakes and they are joining me as well. thank you to whoever read this im reallly excited about continuing onthis path. thank you guys.
any tips for the rest of the summer?

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 170 - I know I already posted but mine got thrown on the second page =[ I've been trying for awhile to work on my arms. They hold me back from wearing tanks and short sleeve shirts. I use weights, but obviously am doing something wrong. How many have toned their arms and what kind of exercises did you do? Thanks all! Love you, Delilah.

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 181.5 - well im really getting annoyed. I weigh myself every monday morning and two weeks ago i was 181.5 then last week i was 180.5 and today im 181.5 its soo annoying as all week ive eaten the most healthyest than i ever have done before! apart from sunday though cuz i ate like 2 bars of chocolate but i didnt think that it would make me gain! well this week i am now more determined to lose the 25/30lbs before September 14th and around 7lbs before aug 8th!! hope everyone else is doing well! xx

Ht. 5'5, Wt. Too much - Its official. It WAS muscle weight that I gained. I measured myself again and I lost more inches. I dont have exact measurements from the moment I started, but from May 18 (about 5 weeks into dieting) to now I have lost a total of 19 inches and 21 pounds. Thighs: -5 inches. Calves: -1 inch. Bust: -3 inches. Waist: -7 inches. Hips: -3 inches. I gained weight from a few weeks ago (i was at 180, went to 189, now am 184) and I tihnk it was muscle because it was after a few weeks of starting to work out more. I started doing these new 10 minute workouts I found on fitness TV and they really make you feel the burn. I also am starting to jump on my neighbor's trampoline, eat little meals throughout the day, and go for more walks. I eat some sort of high in fat foods during the week, but i dont beat myself up over it. I just make sure i work out and that i dont eat too much of it. Its everything in moderation. Ht. 5'2, Wt. 128 - ok so im like around there..and im scared because wed comeing up im going to an amusementpark..and i read a story on here about someone who cried because they couldnt go on the roller coaster..and it got me worried what if that was me. i would be soo embarrased. so is there anyway u can loose weight in like 2 days alittle. and exercise that would help me loose some weight. cause i really need to loose weight, i've been eatin vegetarian stuff but idk if thats been helping. so can someone give me any advice to help me.

Ht. 5'1", Wt. 189.6 - I'm doing so horribly this week and I'm so nervous to weigh in tomorrow because I think I GAINED weight this week and I haven't gained weight since I started losing weight. I DONT WANT TO GAIN WEIGHT!!!

Ht. 5'5?, Wt. 145 - I've been sort of off the wagon lately, and because of that, it seems like my weight loss is a little slow. I haven't really given in to junk food though, but since it is summertime it seems like we are always stopping at some restaurant to eat. I don't think I've gained any back though, so that is a plus. On the 4th, I pigged out at Ryan's. I limited myself to one plate, and my meat was grilled chicken; for dessert I took a small piece of strawberry cake though. When we went to Wendys the other day, I had a small chili, a chicken nugget, and then I had a small Frosty. I had had toast for breakfast, and then for dinner I ate a sandwich. I don't think I went over 1200 that day. We went to Eat n' Park yesterday, and I had a grilled chicken fiesta sandwich. It was one of the "Eat Smart" choices on the menu. Later... (view more)

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 158 - So far, since it's onlt 10:36, lol, I've had breakfast. I cup of Cream of Wheat w/ one tbsp of nesquik & a little cinnamon [for a little chocolatey flavor to kill my urge to binge on chocolate] 1 cup skim milk, 1 piece of 7-grain wheat toast.

I posted a message the other day about being nervous for a party that i was going to.. Well i went and i was really confident and the cute kid and i kept making eye contact and stuff.... too bad later i found out he was 18.. hehehehe which sucks but hey, you win some u lose some, it went really well and nothing bad happened! thanks for all your support
