Ht. 5'7, Wt. 155 - Alright guys my goal is anywhere between 120-135, i need to know how to lose weight off the hips or your thighs area, becuase that is the biggest part of me. I actually lost 25 before and gained it all back but now i'm on track now and ive lost 10 of that 15 and i'm dying to lose the last 15 pounds that i gained back to be back at 140 and i need some advice with what anyone of you have done to stay on track.

Ht. 5'9, Wt. 215 - Gahh.. im going crazy! I will do really good one day on my diet and then the next i will go and binge. I want to lose weight soooooo much! for so many different reasons and its making depressed because i have sooo much to lose. i want to be 135. o yeah boredom of summer doesnt help either. i reallly need help and advice plese. im soo sad. and im really fat. i wear like a size 16!! and i wanna be an 8. please help!!

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 183 - Is salami bad for you? It's a meat so I'm not sure. So today for breakfast, 1 apple, 1 piece whole grain white toast (I know it should have been wheat. but my mom got white instead, because I forgot to tell her I wanted wheat yesterday) and 1 glass chocolate milk - 285 cal. Then for lunch I had 3 onces of hard salami on whole grain white bread (again with the bread thing) - 590 (eek!) and 12. oz diet rite. Doing lots of exercise because I need to burn off that sandwich. Total calories - 857.

Ht. 5-6, Wt. 155 - Hey guys!! I ate breakfast really late today because I woke up late and then I needed to start cleaning my room. so it's 12:15 right now and i just had breakfast.. i guess it's sort of lunch. i need to get up earlier to have an early breakfast.. but i just had a fruit smoothie that i made with strawberries, bananas, a lil low fat milk, and ice. then i had a whole wheat english muffin. how is that?! for the past 3 days i've been doing this "walk away the pounds" video. it's like for old people haha, but it's been getting me going. it's 3 miles long and you can do it right in your living room. it also uses weights and stuff to intensify it! you guys should check it out. the one i bought came with 3 videos. the 1 mile, 2 mile, and 3 mile. so if you can't get up to 3 miles.. start with the 1 mile!! but yeah! how do you guys think i'm doing?

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 183 - Ok. I am officially starting today. I really want to be about 175, or maybe even a few pounds less, by the start of school. So for breakfast today I had a weight watchers yogurt smoothies (80 cals), 1 cup of cheerios (dry, 110 cals) and water. I'm babysitting till i have no idea when so ill excersice after that. anyway i just wanted to say good luck to everybody!

Ht. 5'3, Wt. 155 - Hey everyone. i havent posted in a while. im on a lowcarb diet and im wondering how i did today...breakfast-2 scrambled eggs. lunch-chicken cesaer salad w/a glass of water. then i had little bowl of strawberries(since berries and strawberries are the lowest carb fruits) thats what i had for lunch and breakfast. for snack later ill either have a string cheese (since it only has 1 carb) and for dinner whatever my mom makes. later on im going to the gym w/my dad =] thanks and good luck to every1

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 215 - so i went to the doctors. and i found out why im overweight. i snack more then i eat. and it was caused by depression that i had a few years ago. but i dont know. ive been exercising a lot lately. and i dont eat as much. but yeha. thought id share this with you

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 174 - well i lost another pound this is what i have eaten today for breakfast- a mango and a small glass of soy milk(i am never hungry in the morning but slowly i am trying to shift some of my dinner caliores to breakfast) lunch-pasta with wheat nodels (1 1/2 cup of nodels and 1/2 cup of sauce ) and water. for dinner me and my mom are making a veggie and a little chicken stir fry we got this great resapie from my doctor it is low in calories fat and sodium and sugar. for exersize i went on a half hour bike ride , soon i am going to play in a soft ball game then after it gets cooler out side i will go for a 20-30 minet jog . today i think won't be the best eating day for me but i am still trying to ajust i am going to start going on morning walks with my friend soon for like 45 minets every morning. and as soon as i lose a few more pounds i am going to the beach to go swiming for like a hour every day sorry for making this post so long how am i doing?

Ht. 5'7'', Wt. 350 - Ok, Whats a lowcalorie breakfast, but something that will make me feel full? Breakfast is the worst time of day for me because when I try to eat something healthy like a yogurt, I just end up being hungry an hour or 2 later.
