Ht. 170cm, Wt. 245lbs - tip 4r u : everybody says keep a food journal to stay motivated but im to lazy 2 write daily so i record it on a cassete daily , its great : u stay motivated . and u see ur mistakes so u dont repeat them ,, gd luck everybody

Ht. 5'2, Wt. between 185-190 - Im not sure how much i way because i havent checked in a while. It's like i dont want to know. I really want to start weight watchers again but my mom can't bc she has major stomach problems which allows her only certain foods. and there fore I can't which really sucks because i love weight watchers. Idk maybe i can talk her into it. But i feel like I wanna cry right now bc i cant do this by myself and I am all i got right now. I dont have the motivation I need. I am real lazy. And to top it off my sleepping schedule is real screwed up. I need someones help to come up with ways to stick to loosing weight. Good ways. And maybe I can loose a couple lbs by the time school starts and maybe like 30 by christmas. I really really hope. I start school september 8th. How much do you think is possible. I need ... Ht. 170cm, Wt. 245lbs - so i decided im not gnna go on a no carb diet but a low carb one,, like no carbs at lunch and some at dinner,, daily excersice 4r 4o mins .. and ill eat fruit and veggies .. with that can i get good results and lose 17 lbs in 3 weeks

Ht. 5'7'', Wt. 165 - hey i need some help. i want to lose as much weight as possible...the healthy way of course...by the time school starts for me which is a bout 5 weeks away. i have a hard time sticking to diets and was wondering if anyone had any ideas on a good way i could do this. also if anone knows a good way to tone my stomach and my thighs more..theyre my more problem areas that would be great too. thanks!

Ht. 5'5 , Wt. 190?? - im the kind of person where if i really want something i GO for it i want to loose 70 pounds in 10 weeks if i go on a strict diet and LOTS of excersise is it possible????

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 280 - what do you think i should do? does anyone find bodies as fat as mine attractive?...not like "its what youre like on the inside that counts" but honestly do you find a almost 300 lb 15 y/o physically attractive?

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 182 - Ok so today for breakfast i had a kashi bar (180 calories) and rasberries (about 60 calories). then for lunch i had a wrap with chicken and lettuce (about 260 calories) a plum (30 calories) and some grapes (100 calories). then later for a snack i had a 100 calorie pack (100 calories). for dinner i had a lean pocket (280 calories) and a salad with lightceasar dressing (about 90 calories). So so far today i had about 1110 calories, which isn't enough but im going to my friends house later and we'll probably have cookies =(. ill try to only have one or two but.. anyway im really posting because i need ideas for good exercise. what do you guys do thats actually FUN?

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 190 - i have decided to go by my clothes size b/c my scale is kinda inacurate 6 days ago i was 170 then i was 220...is it ok that i go by my clothes size instead??????

Ht. 5 3, Wt. 140 - well thank heaven im still 140 lol i ate so many cookies yesterday b/c i cant exc. and i cant do much of anything b/c i pulled my wisdom teeth but today i could at least try eating rite agan im gonna start with the 64oz water agan and the good eating with brisk walking arond the house its not much but i have to wait to see what the doc says. if all goes well ill have 27 days to lose 5 lbs good luc everyone

Ht. 5'9, Wt. 215 - ok... im like weird cuz i could go on adiet for like a day then next day binge, then i'll do great for like 3 days and then binge again. whats up with that? thats what happen today but i actually dont feel bad about it, i do but i dont because im still inspired to lose weight. weirddd.
