Ht. 5-8, Wt. 211.5 - i made my mom hide teh scale from me so i didnt have ot think about it and i have been really into fruits and veggies and wheat bread and no white flour-ed food and i feel i have a lot more enerygy and i feel cleaner almost.. cant really explian. thanks for the help everyone

Ht. 5'9, Wt. 216.6 - is it bad that i eat a 100 calorie pack (chips ahoy) every night about 8, or should i stop doing that. not sure, beleive me dont want to get any fatter. haha

Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 171lbs - Today: Breakfast: light cheese otast, fat free yogurt~~Lunch: 1 broiled salmon fillet with a tablespoon of butter sauce (i ate out! so next time, i am going to say no sauce), 1 cup of mxed veggies, fat free forzen yogurt~~Snack: 12 Ritz crackers with almost calorie-free salsa~~Dinner: 1 grilled fat free hot dog, 1 cup of saurkreat, 1 cup of potatoe and tomato salad (completely mayo freei, just garlic and a little herbs, drizzle of olive oil)~~Exercise: 1 hour total of swimming, night walk. HOw did I do?

Ht. 5'8.5, Wt. 185 - I know, I post to much but I just wanted to make a correction. My mom told me that my "weight gain" is probably water weight. I have more practice drills so I drink around one water bottle filled with water before I go and 1 water bottle filled with water on the way home everyday. Plus I go biking and I bring more water with me for that. Anyways, she says I'm being more active so my body is retaining more water, but when it gets used to it, it will let it all go? Also I also see a slight difference in my stomach.

Ht. 5'8.5, Wt. 185 - wow okay, so actually I went on the scale today and I think I gained to pounds. I don't know. I never really ate breakfast and lunch, and now that I'm eating 3 meals a day..is that why I gained it back? What's one way to lose it? Just keep doing what I'm doing?

Ht. 5'9 or taller, Wt. 200 - for people who are wondering how 2 do the scedule plan do what i do i have a small bowl of cearal and a peice of toast for breackfast for a snack eat pretsuls or a couple of cheese crackers for lunch eat a sandwich and drink water or healthy foods and drinks 4 dinner eat a full coarse meal make sure you eat the same time each day plan excersise say everyother day and keep losing and good luck and thanks 4 the tips

Ht. 5'9, Wt. 216.6 - ok, on my diet again. oy, i hate diets theyre soo hard. but i know i want to lose weight more than anything in the world. im on my third day and im doing excellent. i walk 1 hr and 20 min everyday and have changed my diet drastically. I have 11 days untill my dietitian appointment. when i was in 7th grade i lost 37 pounds. since then i have been an extreme yoyo dieter. i think the longest i have stayed on a diet since then was 1 week, so if i could diet untill my dietitan appintment, which would be two week, hten i kno i can do it for good. i reallly want this, is there anyone here who wants to lose weight more then anything in the world! i wanna lose 80 pounds. i wanna be 135, thats what my mom says i have to weigh to get my belly button peirced. i dont know right now i feel good so i hope it stays that way. right now im going start saying something positive about my self everyday.
Day one: I absolutley love my smile. yay!

Ht. 5'8.5, Wt. 185 - I'm trying the Special K diet. My friend did it and she lost 15 pounds..I know that's alot and unhealthy but she couldn't help it because her coach wanted all the girls to be skinny in time for their tryouts. Anyways, I heard it really works from other people. Though it says to eat the cereal with skim milk, I can't. I hate the taste, it's all watery..so would I lose the same amount of weight if I eat it with 1%? (not 15 lbs. like my friend but a jean size, what it says on the box)

Ht. 5' 7", Wt. 205lbs - I really don't look like I weigh 205lbs.. but I want to get down to 161lbs. For the passed four days I have been eating 3 times a day and drinking nothing but water and a little bit of milk. 2 bags of oatmeal in the morning with a coffee or milk, then for lunch either a wendy's chicken sandwhich with just lettuce or a SlimFast drink. For dinner, I would eat two leg quarters or a few reduced fat Cheezits.. I have been stuck at 205 -- whats the problem?

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 142 - Hey guys, I figured I'd add in a quick update: My diet and exercise plan are going so/so. My doctor put me on birth control for my hormonal problem, and I'm worried that that might make me gain weight. I always have heard that it does, but I don't know if it is a myth or not. Anyways, I haven't been getting in a lot of walking, and my food intake hasn't been very healthy lately either. Because of that, I haven't lost anymore, and I think I've maybe gained a pound or two as well. :/ I'm going to jump back on the wagon before I slip too far. Which means, no more sweets. I figured since some were low calorie (I discovered a 180 calorie candybar and a 170 calorie mini angel food cake, which is pretty good considering how much some of those things have in them...) that it wouldn't hurt me, but it just makes me want...
