Ht. 5 10, Wt. 204 - hey guys...i found a diet plan that really really works.. eat every 2 hours about...ive been on it for a few days and have been sliming down...everything is fitting better.. for (about 8 am)breakfast-a bowl of either special K or the gerneric brand (i like it with the strawberries) but any will do. (about 10am) eat a piece of fruit like an apple or banana. (about noon)i suggest eating one of the sandwhich things from like lean cuisine...they fill you up fast and only have 330 calories and taste amazing!!! about 3ish- have either some grapes/watermellon/strawberries/rasberries (i mean treat urself to something sweet...not high in calories but something that will taste good...(a fruit...but a sweet fruit) at around 6 or when ever your family eats dinner go ahead and eat what they fix...just a smaller portion and lay off on the starches , if u feel ok with everything, eat a salad...i tend to eat the ceasers because they are very deliousious. anyways after dinner i feel it is best to do some sort of excerzize program...email me (strawberryhug89@yahoo.com) for help on what kind of excerzize and how much you want...whether it be like 5 min or 20 min its up to you. also during excerizing and threw out the day, drink plenty of water...this will also help u "flush" stuff out of your body. Try not to drink pop. maybe one a day if u are addicted to it like me. and make it the diet, calorie free, or light lemonade drinks. after dinner try to eat about 2 hours before u go to bed if u want a snack... i sugest the sugar free ice cream bars... they have a bout 80 calories but come on...u deserve it! and it will help you push to the end and not crave junk food like chocolate... i know some of you dont have alot of money to spend on food...but really its not that expensive and most parents will be more than willingly buy the food for you and maybe try it themselves so just ask...but if u do need a cheaper version of this...email me and ill help you out (strawberryhug89@yahoo.com)
