Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 195 lb, Goal: 175 lb - Wow yesterday was awesome. 3 different people commented on how good i looked. my friends mom was like "wow, are you ever losing weight!" and that made my day, then a friend of mine said she didnt recognize me when i got out of the car, and my friends boyfriend said my stomach was so flat and that i was looking skinny. ahh i love it. but i had a bad cheat day yesterday, i owed my friend dinner and a movie and we went to a chinese place and pigged out, then got popcorn at the movies. but hey, i rarely ever do this so its okay, i got these metabolism boosting pills from the health food store yesterday and the guy said that they make your body burn the stored fat as well. i'm anxious to see what happens :) good luck everyone

Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 168 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Here is any idea. Take a piece of copy paper fold it in half the long way. Then fold into little pieces so it would look like a little book. Then write down September, October, November, ect for each little page. then write down what you weigh that day, then your goal,what your bmi is now, bmi when you end that month, weight lost, did you reach your goal and how much bmi you lost. Here what it should look like. Started 170, goal 165, bmi was 30.9, bmi now , weight lost, reached goal, bmi lost. It always help me lose weight. I hope it helps you guys

Ht. 5'2", Start: 160 lb, Today: 130 lb, Goal: 115 lb - Aww man I totally did what i promised my self i wouldnt do!! So today i went to NY and we ate out for lunch and dinner. I knew I was going to be eating dessert at dinner so ate lighter during the morning and for lunch I had a ceasar salad w/ out crutons but w/ 1 tablespoon of ceasar dressing and some parmesian cheese. I knew it was a bad idea to eat so little cuz breakfast was only a couple spoons of yogurt and cottage cheese but I didnt trust myself. So when we had dinner I was starving and ate my entire plate of 2 chicken fillets (big fillets!!) w/ .lots of veggies in like a super light tomato sauce. Then I had a Napolean and a banana for dessert! Naploeans are monster desserts like huge and I ate all mine its like custarda nd bread! And bananas have like 100 calories in them. Ht. 5'4", Start: 210 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 130 lb - So as you all know (or probably not since nobody cares to read my posts ahem but I already mentioned that earlier..) I used to weight 159! and I was so happy that I finally made it to the 150's... but then I gained like 6 lbs because I got lazy and work piled up and school and all that crap...anyway so now I'm starting over again or jumping back in. I dance everyday for an hour and do situps and pushups and limit my time on the computer by staying more active and of course back to eating healthy. I hope it works and I make it back to the 150's! and eventually reach my goal weight from there!

Ht. 5'7", Start: 206 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 125 lb - .................. woah, i just went for a run on my NEW TREADMILL!!!! lol im so excited i have 1 :P but yea holy crap i only did 20 mins of run/walk pretty intense but i am so wiped out!! gahhh i cant believe how unfit ive gotten after i havent been 2 the gym 4 like a month! b4 when i used 2 go i could do 20 mins easy and still have enough energy to do more! ..... but yea im going to do another 20 mins later 2 night so thats 40 mins of pretty intense cardio 4 me :D im hoping 2 b 164 lbs 2morro when i weigh myself :D will post again 2morro 2 tell u if i made my goal or not xoxoxoxoxo ♥ ♥ ♥

Ht. 5'5", Start: 130 lb, Today: 139 lb, Goal: 105 lb - ugh! im soo mad! i lost some weight...but in the *wrong* areas. also in my arms and UPPER stomach. i had a person come up to me and told me i looked pregnant! its all skinnier around my rib cage and my arms finally got smaller but now i look pregnant cuz of the bulge at my belly button and lower. im so mad now. i didnt even know that person. crunches and abdominal exercices arent working and that is the thinnest i can get and cant lose more fat there. why does my body have to be likw this. i guess im still wearing loose tops cuz of how it is. does anybody else have a body like that? HOW CAN I GET RD OF THIS [middle and lower] BELLY BULGE?

Ht. 5'4", Start: 185 lb, Today: 183 lb, Goal: 135 lb - hello again everyone. i was just wondering if anyone has heard of or does the BeachBody tapes for exercise. I am doing the Turbo Jam tapes and they are pretty good so far. it's like a cardio-kickboxing-dance tape.
school starts on tuesday for me, and that means i will have volleyball practice for a couple hours a day about 4 days a week. i know it's hard to imagine that someone of my height and weight plays volleyball, but i do lol. do you think that would be enough exercise or should i do the exercise tapes as well? i am a little worried about not having enough time cause i will have a lot of homework and college applications and SAT Subject Test studying to do.
also, i have been having some trouble sticking to a diet lately and i was wondering if anyone had any tips. i know what i'm supposed to eat, it's just hard to actually do it day after day.

Ht. 5'9", Start: 300 lb, Today: 300 lb, Goal: 170 lb - Well hello Blubber Busters my name of course is Natasha. To be frankly honest I am guessing my height and weight. Well today I have decided to loose weight for real. Obviously I need to loose A-LOT of weight. Due to the fact that i have joined a gym I know how long and how to workout. The instructor I have explained to me 90% of all weight loss is what you eat, so i am searhing for a diet.I hear ALOT of talk about the calorie and carb diet. I've heard bad things about both, and i dont know which one to choose. The calorie diet seems so complicated.....and the carb diet doesnt. IF ANYONE HAS ANY SUCCESS IN EITHER DIET PLESE RESPONED AND TELL ME YOUR SUCCESS STORIES AND TIPS!!!!!!!!!!

Well since skool has satarted I have definitly not beeen eating as much I eat a chicken sandwich with a waterbottle and a speacial k and since I have 1 class of gym sports and going up and down the stairs and walking and wen I come home at night I run on a treadmill 4 and hr do u think this is enough to complete my goal by january or feb.
