Ht. 6'0", Start: 226 lb, Today: 191 lb, Goal: 165 lb - Right. So I feel my weight loss slowing down and I have a good 25-26 more pounds to lose and maybe I'll try for more because I don't feel like I look acceptable at all. I feel a slow down and like I'm not losing much/at all anymore. So I've decided to add the following changes to my diet since I exercise for atleast 3 continuous hours a day and there's only so much time that can be alloted for that. I eat twice a day and I've decided that I will be allowed one glass of tea per meal and the rest will be water. I'm also going to cut my portion size down by a third and if I get salad I will not put croutons or cheese on it and I will use honey mustard but sparingly. Hopefully my loss will pick up again and I can hit 179 before Halloween. What do you guys think?

It's made me more organized not only when it came to my diet but in my life i've relized how good it is to make sure u know what ur going to eat instead of just opening the frige and gettting whats there. I've eating way more veggies and everything is really good u guys should really try it if u haven't i'll come back on saturday to post if i've lost any but i'll still try to help u guys as much as i can bcuz u've guys helped me so much and don't even know it so to every1 who's ever commented my postings thanks so much.

That was awesome! of course I didn't expect less and the weight they all lost the first week...the grandpa who dropped 31 lbs, amazing! I can't wait until next Tuesday! I'm so glad this show is back! I really needed some extra inspiration to get off this freakin plateau and I'm sure this show will help me do so! Hope everyone is doing well! and I love Bob! 3 lol ok goodnight, just a little hyped that it's back ;)

Heyyyyy blubberbusters i'm back! Not sure you remember me, I was on ALL the time in the winter i think. (remember i put up those pics?) Basically i ditched weight loss for awhile. I dont know what happened, the motivation just fizzled away. I havent weighed myself in forever so i'm not sure if the weight is right. Anyway i'm back! And i am so ready to get down to a size 5! But i need a little help cause i suck at weight loss. hahah. right now one of my closest friends is "losing weight" and its so freaking annoying because she wasn't even close to overweight before. A few months ago she was a 0/2 and now shes a 00. Just over 100 lbs. She lost like 10 lbs in this past month. You probably think she has an eating disorder but she really doesnt. Ht. 5'3", Start: 149 lb, Today: 140 lb, Goal: 130 lb - I'm seriously having trouble losing more than 10 pounds. My weight keeps fluctuating around 140. So I've started doing sit-ups and those other ones which work your sides and lifting weights a little bit. How is everyone else's weight loss going?

Ht. 5'2", Start: 158 lb, Today: 145 lb, Goal: 130 lb - ok so i was too old for sparkteens lol so im doing sparkpeople. and so far according to their food database and such ive had 774 calories and my goal is b/t 1540-1920. its not exactly right b/c some of the foods i ate compared to the ones in their database had more or less than they said. i havent had dinner yet but for dinner im going to jason's deli and they have a salad bar so ill get that. i usually have salad (obviously), cottage cheese, pasta salad, and their lil corn muffins. then for dessert they have fat free ice cream that i usually get but the servings are small so i dont get too much of it. but what do u guys think? im gonna do my weigh in 2morrow morning so we shall see! and 2nite im gonna try to take a walk after i get all my hw done. good??

I've created a plan that will let me have some freetime and some homework time mixed in with exercise. I hope it works! I want to be smaller by next month's homecoming.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 208 lb, Today: 191 lb, Goal: 125 lb - I have a goal of losing 10 pounds a month until December 1 then for December only 5 pounds for that month. When January begins for the next 7 months I plan to lose a pound a week sound good? usually I work harder so sometimes it might be more but my basic goal come January is 1 pound a week.
