Ht. 5'1", Start: 130 lb, Today: 130 lb, Goal: 100 lb - AHH ok so today I only had oatmeal for breakfast and some soy chips for a snack but im going to dinner tonight and I am gonna try not to eat too bad and skip dessert. However we are also eatinbg dip and crackers and cheesy bread ( my special recipe i was begged to make) for my sisters b-day before we go out to dinner but not until like 5:30 so I think I am gonna skip lunch alright I hope I dont overeat and stay ok while out and eating! :(

hey everyone. ok so i haven't bine on for like 2 weeks i've bine really bussy latley and haven't even bine paying attention to my doet so i gained 5 pounds i feel so bad. i really don't know what 2 do anymore i thought that it would be easier because of skool but it the same i just can't stop eating i mean i haven't bine eating as much as b4 but still alot. i lost 40 pounds once and i just don't understnad why i can't do it agian well i'll try and hopefully i won't fail just wanted to let all the frustration out good luck every1. ooo and go black team on the beiggest loser i no what not getting picked feels like

Ht. 5'1", Start: 210 lb, Today: 173 lb, Goal: 135 lb - So, I was feeling like I'd never start losing weight again, but yesterday I woke up and made two committments to myself: 1, don't drink anything but water, and 2, don't eat dessert. I did well with that all day and then (and this is the part that made me feel really good) I went and played 1 on 1 basketball last night (got so sweaty, it felt so good) and then I ran as fast as I could (which really isn't very fast, lol) back to my dorm from the gym. I felt so sweaty and gross and so GOOD. :-) Wish me luck!

Ht. 5'7", Start: 206 lb, Today: 163 lb, Goal: 132 lb - .................... yeaterday i tried the whole eat more calories thing but by the time i got to 1400 i was just eating more and i wasnt hungry at all and i felt so gross so yea i dont think that really works 4 me :P .... weigh in on sunday hopefully ill b 161 or 162 and ill b off the plateu for sure :D .... i kinda have this girlfriend and we rnt exactly going out but its heading that way and she just makes me want 2 lose all this weight so i cn feel good when im with her cause she is like gorgeous :P

Sorry i pushed post by accident in the above one, and I walked 1.7 miles so w/e I hope it was ok for a friday.

I'm pretty tall for my age I would say and I don't really look like I weigh 170 so I know losing 15 pnds would make a big diffrence . So I can wait my goal is by november 10 and I'm going grocery shopping this weekend I love shakes especially frm jak n box but I'm gonna start makeing my own do u guys have recipes like what to add thnks <3

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 195 lb, Goal: 175 lb - okay i was watching tv today and it said that if you've hit a plateau, or cant lose weight, it could be that you aren't eating enough calories, which i haven't been. so im going to up my calories to 1500-1600 and see what happens. im also thinking about joining a gym, its so close to my house, like a 3 minute walk so i think itd be a good idea, and its all girls so i wouldnt feel self concious about getting sweaty. ahh i really hope this works. i just hate wanting to lose weight because its ALL i think about. literally. im so sick and tired because its making me obsessed with weight. i feel like im going psycho or something. i need to relax and take my mind off of it somehow but i dunno how. oh well i just know i can do this. i mean, ive lost 30 pounds i know i can lose another 20. it will just take some time i guess. so wish me luck because i just want the darn scale to move so i can stop being obsessed and angry at the scale lol

Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Everyone says that you only need about 1400 calories wrong. I havn't been losing weight because I was eating 1400 calories. I went to Sparkteens and they told me to eat 1800-2300 calories and now I have been losing weight. Weird

Ht. 5'7", Start: 210 lb, Today: 190 lb, Goal: 150 lb - well i am currently at a stop in my weight loss. I was down to 180 but i have been slacking on my diet lately. I usually run two miles every other day but lately i have been off track. I love to run. I get tired and sweaty but it seems to make me feel relaxed and less stressed. but my problem is that i dont have time lately to run, or to exercise at all for that matter. i am trying a diet starting today that i found in a book especially for teens, i hope it works. i have some modivation. i am seeing my old bestfriend when he comes home for thanksgiving so i want to look good when i see him. I want to surprise him. I dont know if i can do it though, i mean i am busy and all but i just need some more motivation. Does anyone have any ideas? I need some other teen feedback, noone seems to understand my situation very well these days. they expect me to deal with it, and its really hard... (view more)

Ht. 5'1", Start: 130 lb, Today: 130 lb, Goal: 100 lb - Ok I am going to stop counting calories and writing down what I eat it is making me crazy I am just going to eat healthy when I am hungry and go for occasional walks, play tennis somewtimes and do gym in school. OK I can do it I will lose weight and not obsess. Alright I talked my self into it. I binged today But tomorrow is a new day and I know I can do it!
