Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 194 lb, Goal: 175 lb - why are scales so stupid????? like... my boyfriends scale says 189, mine goes up and down from 193-196. its pissing me off like F***!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i just want to be at my goal weight. it seems way easier to maintain than to lose anyways. ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhghghghghgh!

Ht. 5'5", Start: 315 lb, Today: 309 lb, Goal: 200 lb - Okay besides drinking the water, and exercise for an hour or more a day, I know that and then the eating right. But how can you loose weight very fast? I'vfe been trying since I was younger like 7 and nothing seems to really work.

Ht. 5'9", Start: 200 lb, Today: 184 lb, Goal: 145 lb - Well i feel pretty amazing...haha I just got back from the gym and ran for a half hour and burned 400 cals! Oh yeah! Today was a great intake but here is goes (B) Granola Bar-120 (L) Slice of Pizza, Skim Milk, Fruit Snacks (D) Slice of Pizza, Salad, Skim Milk, and a little dish of ice cream. I usually have more variety but nothing else really sounded good today OH WELL! LoL But other then that I dressed super cute today and didn't see the boy i'm crushing on *sigh* But thats ok he has a flag football game tomorrow for our college (they just have a bunch of intermural sports) but he has a t-shirt of mine (which i may add is a bit too small for him but i don't mind b/c i can see his muscles...hehe) and he always wears it to play because its his good luck shirt so he will see me tomorrow! Sorry i'm rambling and gotta do hw, those #s better be lower tomorrow! Stay Strong.

a month ago.but hes going with another girl so i figured
i should go and have a good time too
cept the 2 guys i wanted to go with already have plans
so i asked my ex boyfriend [since were still friends] and he said hed go
BUT ANYWAY
i have this really cute dress and i tried it on
and it looks so much better now that i lost weight :)
i think i lost a little more but not sure
ill weigh myself in the morning

Ht. 5'1", Start: 210 lb, Today: 169 lb, Goal: 130 lb - I feel good today. I've been doing really well. I haven't drank anything but water in days, I haven't eaten dessert products, I've been eating a lot of fruit, and moving my body more than just walking to classes. (Yesterday I put gilmore girls on and promised myself I wouldn't stop moving for the entire show. I jogged in place a little, walked around a little, flapped my arms a little, did knee lifts, anything I could think of to keep my body in some kind of motion. It felt good.)
So yeah, I feel good. :-)

Ht. 5'9", Start: 200 lb, Today: 184 lb, Goal: 145 lb - So Sorry about my lil breakdown yesterday, but so last night at like 11 i went to wal mart and bought and new scale and weighed in today and (drum roll please) 184.8 UGH I seriously haven't weighed that much in like 2 years. I mean when I got down to 150 and started to slip i told myself I wouldn't get past 155 then 160 and so on and now here I am. At least I know where I am at not and now its time to change. Surprisingly I am in a good mood. LoL who knows. Good luck today everyone, I'll update lata!

Its either late at night when I am up studying or doing hw or right in the afternoon when I get outta class. Its so frustrating because I know I am better then this and idk I just feel like I keep letting myself down and I'm just not getting anywhere. I want to make myself better, I really do. And I really am a confident person but ever since college started I feel like that is slipping away and I am losing myself. I need to get back in control. And I dont eat lunch till almost one at school. So, I don't know why but like when I come home 2 hours later I'm hungry. And then I like binge the whole afternoon. Very bad, I think that's why I haven't been loosing any weight. ehhh, well I just need some help.
