Ht. 5'6", Start: 210 lb, Today: 162 lb, Goal: 135 lb - o.k i want to know is this a good plan to lose weight.if i get on the treadmill 3x a week burning about 400 cals,then toning and strenght training for another 3 days.but the things i dont i have much of a diet plan.can someone help with that?thanks

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 191 lb, Goal: 180 lb - so i think i lost another pound. kind of hard to tell on my scale, its the one with the little red needle that points to your weight, not exactly accurate i know but i'm too cheap to go out and buy a digital scale lol i think its because i was at my boyfriends all day yesterday and didnt eat anything until i got home at 10pm. i know its unhealthy but there isnt much to eat at his house, his mom's kind of an idiot. but either way, i'm losing again and i couldn't be more happy! can't wait to finally be in the 180's. everybody seems to be doing pretty well, congrats and good luck you can all do it!

I am going to go back on my diet tomorrow, and I am going to start my long path to lose those 104 pounds! I have faith in myself and I can do it. But you guys are gunna have to help me along the way, I need all the support I can get. I'll post messages on the bulletin board every day telling how I did, and every Monday I am going to weigh myself. I am going to drink ONLY water, nothing else! Ht. 5'5", Start: 250 lb, Today: 246 lb, Goal: 130 lb - So.. in just a few days i've lost 4 lbs.. the thing is i JUST started my period today..(sorry guys hah) and i feel oh so bloated. i've been drinking tons of water so i know i've retained most of it BUT i'm still down 4 lbs? I thought we were supposed to gain 4-6 pounds during this time? hmmm i wonder. anywho even though im craving sweets soo bad, im sticking to my regular diet. this is what i have planned for today. light yogurt + apple for breakfast. sandwhich + 2 egg whites for lunch snack - maybe another peice of fruit? dinner small peice of breast meat chicken, grilled and a salad with lemon on top instead of dressing. it's hard, but i'm losing and slowly getting into the cycle, i kind of like the fact that im not eating as much or what i ate before, i dont even have chest problems anymore... good luck to everyone i know you can do it <333 please tell me how you think im doing with the food!

So I started yesterday morning and I sort of feel better about myself already. I have convinced myself that I am an exercise freak, so that I WANT to play DDR for an hour each day. It's working! Ht. 5'5", Start: 250 lb, Today: 248 lb, Goal: 130 lb - hey guys... i guess i just want a little insight as to whether or not how i ate was good... because no matter what i feel like i ate too much.. i just started running again and i ran yesterday so today i was to tired to run but i did situps and i might play ddr if i can get it to work. anywho today i had a light yogurt and an apple for breakfast. for lunch i had 2 egg whites and lean turkey on wheat bread with lettuce and mustard only. for a snack i had this small chicken mix thing with crackers which i only ate half of so that came out to 150 cals. for dinner im having subway, turkey + wheat and no mayo.. and maybe the baked chips.. maybe... plus 3 or 4 water bottles... what do you guys think?
