Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 190 lb, Goal: 175 lb - OH! and another thing, yesterday i went shopping for some pants and i fit into a size 11 and theyre still kinda loose!! even though i was 225 i was in a size 13, but i think i was fooling myself thinking oh these 13's are made small, thats why they dont fit. in reality i was pretty much a 14/15, but now im an 11, and i used to be a 36/34 and now im a 31/32!! yaaaaay! im so happy, i look so much better than i used to. only 15 pounds to go woo!

I have tried to looseweight before and I lost 10 lbs 2 years ago but stopped. What made me decide was when i got my year book picture back I wanted to cry...I will post weekly to tell u guys my progress =]

Ht. 5'7", Start: 201 lb, Today: 193 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Hey everyone, I just wanted to stop by and tell you about an (expensive) but well working program called OTC. www.keepitoff.com
It puts you on a specific diet, all the while monitoring your blood pressure, cholesterol, weight, etc.... The teen program, Chrysalis, is new-ish, and in the 6 days that I have been on the diet (it's super strict) I have lost 8 pounds! I feel great, I have more energy, everything is just amazing!
If you check it out and think that the diet is dangerous, you should read into it more.

Ht. 5'1", Start: 130 lb, Today: 130 lb, Goal: 100 lb - Ok this is to the people who asked me how I lost the weight becasue I am 105lbs now but I keep writing oin this board becasue I am struggling with maintaining so when I have that down I will stop writing but Im here for now! Anyway, I ate 1350 calories a day and ate a dessert at least once a week so I wouldnt crave anything and binge a lot. If you count calories liek I did you can count in your dessert and be fine! I liked Dairy Queen's small cherry sundae(250 calories) or their plane vanilla on a cone(240 calories.) If you eat out a lot which i do then look up nutritional facts for the place you are going or if their isnt any than order chciken or eggplant or salad...no fried anyhting or crispy! Try all sauces on the side, ask for veggies or something besides rice or fries. Always drink diet drinks or water too. Don't get too crazy about exercise unless you really like it. I only jogged... Ht. 5'10", Start: 250 lb, Today: 249 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Okay so today I've been doing alot of cleaning to stay active and healthy. I noticed that a bunch of my friends that think they are fat arent fat and they are skipping meals. A note to everyone, skipping meals does not help you lose weight. It amkes you even more unhealthy then you were before because your stomach grabs on to some of your fat causing it to double which means if you skipped 5 meals in a week you can gain 3 pounds. DONT DO IT! But today I am going to have a good day...maybe run 3 miles or so. I wish you all good luck and I am willing to be a weight loss buddy with anyone. Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 190 lb, Goal: 175 lb - alrighty well these past couple of days havent been so great, i had Harveys lastnight for supper but i hadnt eaten anything before that or after that, just a Pogo so thats not too bad, but i didnt get any fruits or veggies in there :( and today i ate good, ate 710 calories then pigged out and had a honey bun and zebra cakes lol i dont think i went too far over my calories, but they were empty calories so thats not good either. i gotta try to do better. well i hope everyones doing great and keep up the good work!

Ht. 5'3", Start: 218 lb, Today: 205 lb, Goal: 150 lb - I am ready to get back to a healthy lifestyle again, and lose weight. I just went through a really awful breakup, and I am ready to focus on me and my health. I started college, and I've been so busy between that (and work, and before we broke up, the boyfriend), that I have learned to eat to give me energy instead of just eating for the heck of it. So that's really good. I work at a place that has fried food, and ice cream and crap like that, and it's free. They have some healthier stuff... but it's still a challenge to stay away from it, especially since I want that kind of comfort food 3 days after breaking up. But at least my mind is on the right track, and the past two days I did really well on my eating. I'm thinking about exercising about 20 minutes a day to start out, and then build up from there... but I have to make time for it... does it sound good? And what's some motivation to stay away from the bad food? :P

Ht. 5'9", Start: 200 lb, Today: 180 lb, Goal: 145 lb - I am so split today. UGH! Like I woke up and idk y but while I was getting ready I thought "Hey, lets try on my Halloween costume for fun!" So I did and I looked so cute and my stomach is all flat and yeah I really like how I looked in it. (I'm Bat Woman!) But then I am getting dressed in like my normal clothes and I just felt really uncomfortable and well frumpy (yes its a word) Idk so now I am torn UGH but I did try on these AE jeans that are a size smaller then I am now that my friend bought me for my b-day and I can almost button them, which trust me thats a improvement! But yea then last night one of my exes called me and one of his friends (who I had the biggest crush on!) I guess was asking about me and wanted to come to his hockey game tonight so I'm gonna go. Its awful. back in feb and march i was down to like 130, I KNOW!!! but i went up because i got careless and let stress get me. !!!! so im gonna start dieting again, i never have been one to eat bad food, just a bit too much late at night! my work schedule is everywhere, but thats no excuse.
so im gonna tell you what i ate today. i didnt wake up till 3 today so its off track. i ate a bit of steamed green beans, two tiny peices of yellow cheese. a peice of roast with cheese and lots of tomato in a small tortilla(oops) a peice of apple pie(uh-oh), 1 glass of milk, 1 bottle water, 1 glass of cran-apple juice, and a can of root beer, 1 bowl of cheerios...??? how bad did i do today
