Ht. 5'6", Start: 206 lb, Today: 201 lb, Goal: 190 lb - ok today at the gym i did a machine that had a weight lose program on it so i have been doin that for the past three day and i think it is help ( o and i am do more stuff for arms and legs in addition to the program ) well the point is that i am not really doing anything just for my abs... so should i start doing something for them or is what i am doing now fine ( will it make the abs smaller???? ( its not like my abs r really big its just i want them a litter thinner and tonner) what do i do to get what i want with my abs?????

If you're bored and "think" you are hungry, you're really not. Dont eat something when you have nothing better to do. Chew on a piece of gum. Gum always helps when you feel the need to eat. Get a really good kind that you want to chew on forever. It will help you realize if you're really hungry or if its just boredom. Another thing.....Everyone tends to eat popcorn at movies or even at home while watching a movie. Again you can always chew gum or if you think you can handle it take a few pieces. get your own little bowl or container and limit yourself to what you eat. You can always enjoy any foods but as a small portion. Remember to make smart choices and to work out because work outs are the important parts of a diet/lose weight. If you're bored go for a run. Ht. 5'5", Start: 256 lb, Today: 255 lb, Goal: 235 lb - So i've decided that I'm not going to make my goal weight ^ my overall goal weight. I am going to make it a somewhat small goal. So right now my goal weight is to lose 20 pounds and get down to 235 probably in like 2 months. Hopefully I can do it. Then when I reach that goal, I'll set another 20 pound one.. and so on and so on.. Well anyways, just thought I'd share.. so tips are always helpful so respond please! :] thanks. Ohh yeah and I'm gunna weigh myself every Monday to see how much i've lost.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 145 lb, Today: 135 lb, Goal: 105 lb - Can I lose 12 pounds by eating 1400 cals a day, exercising an hour and half of intense dance, by decmber 9th. I've benn doing two pounds a week. I can't exercise right now though and I'm really mad because I have bronchitis or something like that tho
