Ht. 5'6", Start: 206 lb, Today: 201 lb, Goal: 190 lb - ok today at the gym i did a machine that had a weight lose program on it so i have been doin that for the past three day and i think it is help ( o and i am do more stuff for arms and legs in addition to the program ) well the point is that i am not really doing anything just for my abs... so should i start doing something for them or is what i am doing now fine ( will it make the abs smaller???? ( its not like my abs r really big its just i want them a litter thinner and tonner) what do i do to get what i want with my abs?????

Well the thing with abs is U first gotta know u can work on them but u won't see them right away. Like any muscle u can tone it but u gotta keep doing the cardio to burn off everything that is covering them up.
