Ht. 5'3", Start: 200 lb, Today: 194 lb, Goal: 140 lb - hi my name is dezzi and i need help losing weight im a vegitarian and i dont kno wat to do for protein cause i dont like peanutbutter or fish and i dont kno wat to do for exsersise (sp) and im doing this to better myself and show all those mean peple that i can do this but its really hard i ride my bike every other day for like a half and hour should i do it every day? and how should i deal with peple who call me names??? :( its really hard not to get upset well who ever can help me thanks alot!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ;)

Ht. 5'6", Start: 167 lb, Today: 160 lb, Goal: 135 lb - starting last january i had gotten down to 146. Now I'm back up to 160. I can't believe I let this happen. I'm so dissapointed in myself.

Ht. 5'8", Start: 300 lb, Today: 220 lb, Goal: 160 lb - I've been using this site since I was 13 and am now 20. Lemme tell you this is the best teen weight loss site there is. It's so simple, down to earth and informative. My advice to you is to stay with it and get a weightloss buddy on here. Also share tips with each other and don't hold anything back. Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 125 lb - I just don't understand. I eat the calories i'm supposed to and exercising when I can. But my weight is staying I'm about to give up. I can't wait till Wednesday because we're starting a fitness class at my school for 8 weeks. I hope I can lose some weight while on this class.it's every wednesday. I don't have time to exercise so this is my plan this week. every day run for 10 min, 20 min walk which is 1/2 mile sometimes 1 mile, 4 mile walk on dvd, and other sports if I can. I'm going to give my cookies to my grandma and everything. Do you think this will help please let me know

Ht. 5'5", Start: 251 lb, Today: 244 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Yes.. another two pounds down. It is the best feeling in the world to see that i'm going down. This is pretty much what i've been eating every day. Yogurt + fruit = Breakfast. Lean Turkey on wheat with Mustard + 2 egg whites = lunch. Snack = another peice of fruit. Dinner = small peice of breast grilled chicken and salad, or steamed carrots. I'm getting a little sick of turkey sandwhiches and i KNOW i'm not going to eat them for the rest of my life.. but it's not horrible, and i'm thinking about just switching around the meat every once in a while. i've been drinking about 4 or 5 water bottles a day and nothing else. lately it's been to cold to go running or ive been on my period so if i dont go running then i workout in my room with music. i do 25 lb weight lifts on each arm and situps. i know most people wont read this post because its enormous hah but BB is kind of my like venting/ journal system. so maybe you guys can read this.
