Ht. 5'7", Start: 305 lb, Today: 305 lb, Goal: 175 lb - ok i was trying to lose weight at the beginning of this school year i was 295- now im up to 305 and im sick of not being able to fit into the desks at school or getting tired going up 1 flight of steps and as a guy its embarrasing to be fat cauze even my friends punch me in the belly please help

Ht. 5'7", Start: 206 lb, Today: 163 lb, Goal: 135 lb - ..................... i have been eating really bad past week and not exercising at all!! im so dissapointed in myself but i think im back on track cause i ate pretty healthy and walked home from school ... it wasnt full on cardio but at least its something. so hopefully i can get bak into healthyness :D hope every1 is good ♥ ♥

Ht. 5'6", Start: 166 lb, Today: 159 lb, Goal: 142 lb - hey so I started today of pretty well. I found a workout buddy so today we're going to the gym for maybe a hour. I had cottage cheese for b-fast, and then yogurt for lunch and with a salad for dinner. I plan on having this same mealplan for the next two weeks, so my body can get used to eating less and working out. Alright wish me luck.

SO I'm going to start looking at dresses that I want and keep a picture and hang it up on the regriater and the snack cabinet

Okay well im leaving to go on holiday today. eeeek no matter how little i force myself to eat when im away on holiday i always gain weight. i cant even maintain my weight when im on holiday its so annoying. Any tips? btw everyone seems to be doin amazin wit there weight loss congrats !!! do you know if aeroplane food has a lot of calories? bye everyone! please reply

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 191 lb, Goal: 175 lb - im just posting again because i find this funny... this morning i get on the scale and it reads 193, then i get on just now at 1am and it says 190-191. what the freak is going on lol i dunno what to think anymore. i think that until it goes into the 180s i just wont even bother to write my weight down anymore haha hope everyone else is having better luck

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 192 lb, Goal: 175 lb - Alright it's time to stop fooling myself and being lazy. I need to take this seriously. i need to exercise at least every second day and to start eating way healthier and stop thinking i'm doing everything that i can because i certainly am not. i guess ive just gotten lazy because the weight wont come off as easily as it did before. i didnt even have to exercise for those first 20 pounds...
im gonna do this the right way and see what happens. ill let you guys know. good luck everyone!

Ht. 5'8", Start: 232 lb, Today: 192 lb, Goal: 150 lb - HELP!! I've lost a lot of weight so far but that was about two years ago! I can't lose weight anymore! I eat all the wrong stuff! I've gotten lazy, and I eat too much! I don't know how to get back on track! I feel so bad about myself and I'm tired of it. Please help me get back on track!

Ht. 5'5", Start: 214 lb, Today: 214 lb, Goal: 172 lb - okay. im just now starting to begin dieting.i dont eat alot, but i dont exercise...which is probably half of my problem. the other half is because my moms whole side of the family is overweight.i really want to lose weight because my grandma and both of my great uncles have type 2 diabetes and i rly dont want diabetes. does anyone have any tips on losing weight?

like.. ultimately pissed. i just want this goddamn weight to come off so i can stop stressing about it!!

most of the other girls are like 16 or older who weigh 200 something not me 13 and im sick of being judged for being this size even my doctor(the skintyest man on the earth)judges me im sick of every thng about being fat
