Ht. 5'5", Start: 130 lb, Today: 140 lb, Goal: 105 lb - ok i have aquestion...what time should u stop eating if u are unactive past 6:15? i find that i want to eat and then fall asleep. i dont do anything after around 6 usually and sometimes fall asleep at 9-10:30.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 187 lb, Today: 181 lb, Goal: 150 lb - I am only 13 and I weigh 181!!! I'm startng to keep a food diary and I'm eating much healthier and slower now, but I can't manage to lose much weight. I play soccer 5 times a week, go jogging daily, and I do yoga 100% of the time, but I feel strange. My doctor told me that most of what she thought was fat is muscle. But 181 seems a tad ridiculous. Especially for what I do. Is my goal of losing 30 pounds by Christmas reasonable? Please e-mail me if you want to help. lawson_chloe@hotmail.com I'll send you a pic of me and you decide. I have broad shoulders and waaaaay muscular calfs from soccer, but my stomach goes over my jean line so I don't think that's good. My arms are pretty weak as well although I play goalie.... If i've never seen a binge before, i've seen it now. lastnight i went out of control. my stomach was so full it hurt, but i couldnt stop. i woke up with a food hangover, no lie. i had a headache, acid reflux, felt like i was gonna puke. oh man i dunno what came over me. but i worked out and sweat my ass off this morning doing Turbo Jam so i worked some of that crap off, and all i've eaten so far today is soup because the thought of food makes me want to yack right now. lol NEVER AGAIN. man.. i was a pig haha oh well havent done it in forever, i think i know why now, because you feel like total and utter s**t the next day! anywho, the fact that i cant stomach food right now is good because the less i eat today, the more the two days put together balance out. so i dont regret it too bad, but i do because my stomach is paying for it now lol. well good luck to everyone else and don't ever do what i did... *barf*

Ht. 5'8", Start: 232 lb, Today: 192 lb, Goal: 150 lb - HELP!! I've lost a lot of weight so far but that was about two years ago! I can't lose weight anymore! I eat all the wrong stuff! I've gotten lazy, and I eat too much! I don't know how to get back on track! I feel so bad about myself and I'm tired of it. Please help me get back on track!

Ht. 5'6", Start: 206 lb, Today: 202 lb, Goal: 190 lb - Here it goes B) 3 medium pancakes w/ 2 sausages , and a glass of orange jucie and syrup on pancakes ( I tried to go with out syrup for a while but they tasted gross )
S) 1 Glass os nesquick chocolat milk - 180 cals.
L) small scoop of lasonia w/ salad and dressing , sweet tea, 1.5 handfuls of bbq chips.
( I am eating to much and after lunch i felt reallu sick ) =(
s) 6 oreos -260 cals 1 cup of milk
D) tuna sandwhichs w/ diritos and tea
work out ) 2.30 + miles and around 400 cals and a lot of sweat lol. =)

Ht. 5'5", Start: 130 lb, Today: 140 lb, Goal: 105 lb - ugh im soo mad!!!! i started to lose some weight bt now i have not been able to keep up with my exercise and i gained 5 pounds back!!! im sooo mad!!! i get the right amount of calories and everything else i need to lose weight healthy but if i go off my exercise schedule then i gain weight. i only went off of it for about 2 weeks. its just sooo hard to stick to and its too much work for me. i cant do work that intense but its the only way to lose weight and i cant lower calories any more or it would be unhealthy. i also hate how i notice it always goes to my lower stomach...so i look pregnant. it wont even go to my arms or thighs or anywhere else, just THERE!!! WHAT CAN I DO?????????????????

Ht. 5'2", Start: 169 lb, Today: 169 lb, Goal: 150 lb - I need MAJOR help!! i used to be 160lbs and i maintained that weight for a while. Then I got a job at McDonald's (big mistake). My weight went up to 166. I wanted to do sumthin about it so i went on the "lemonade diet" to detox my body and start over. I went with it for about 8 days and i had to stop because of this allergic reaction or sumthing. I lost 10lbs and i kept it that way for a month until i went on vacation to florida. i started eating junk food and n e thing u werent supposed to eat. wen i got back home, i totally went downhill for another month and gained more than what i was before! now i am 169 and i feel horrible! i really want to do something about my weight but i dont know how i can do this when i have school, homework, and work at the same time...and i work almost everyday...HELPPPPP!!!!! =[

Ht. 5'6", Start: 221 lb, Today: 181 lb, Goal: 160 lb - I started at 221 and am down to 181, go me...right? well I really haven't lost anything for three months-and I only lost weight in the first place because i was forced into going to Italy. There It was freekishly hot, and I was (again) forced to walk ten miles a day.
Well, now I'm back in WI, and I'm back into bad eating habits, and exercising minimally.
I need help! I can't find a diet thats easy to stick to, and that alows me to stay a vegitarian -Two years this december:)
Got Tips? I need them

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 190 lb, Goal: 175 lb - i got on the scale this morning and da-da-da-daaaaaa 190lbs. YAY! i hope it stays because ive actually been trying pretty hard these past couple of days. it sucks that it took me almost 2 months to lose 5 pounds but i've gotten past the whole fast weight-loss thing. as long as the weight comes off in the long run i'm happy. because when it comes off slow it stays off of me. i'm so happy my plateau is gone yaayy:) i find when i eat vegetable soup and tuna a lot my weight goes down, maybe i should start eating it more often for supper instead of higher cal higher fat foods. either way, i'm excited. only 15 pounds to go! i can't believe i started my journey with 50 pounds to lose and only have 15 left! i think this is the biggest accomplishment of my life. i can't wait until i hit my goal it will be like someone winning the olympics! hahah good luck everyone i hope you all are doing good!
