Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 190 lb, Goal: 175 lb - k i stayed away from the candy mostly, all i had was a mini kit kat and a mini coffee crisp chocolate bar, but my mom got pizza for supper (AHH i know) and i had like 4 pieces. bleh. i gotta get back on track with my eating. ive been doing so bad the last 5 days, i havent gained a single pound though which is good, but how long will that last for lol well have a good one guys

Ht. 5'2", Start: 240 lb, Today: 230 lb, Goal: 200 lb - hey everyone i decided to stay home in order to stay away from all the candy and stuff cuz in my skool all the teachers give out candy and today is my first day talk about temptation well i started good i had a protien shake it's like slim fast i put yogurt, rasins, oat meal, and water. It really fills me up and my grandmother has lost weight with it. Since i don't like to go outside on halloween i'm not going to the gym but i will do a lil workout at home i really need to lose 30-50 pounds in 6 months to go to europe and if i don't i wont go if i don't do it like that then it wont happen but i will lose weight wish me luck

Im more here for support than dietary advice as i already know practically everything there is to know about dieting (so feel free to ask me anything =] ) but the reason im slightly overweight is because i have bulimia :( Anyway, im trying to overcome it and the only way i can do that is to get to a healthy weight safely because im never going to respect myself while im overweight, so as you can see im going to try and lose 35lbs between now and next march. Does anyone have any tips or advice on overcoming bingeing? I can last about a week sticking to about 1400 cals and exercising 3-4 times per week but then i just get to a day when i just binge for no reason and i cant stop. Its controlling my life..i spend numerous hours over a toilet when because ive eaten so much when i should be doing homework or revision. Anyways i really need to lose this weight. Does anyone want to be like weightloss buddies or something if you have a similiar amount of weight to lose as me? Replies welcome x

Ht. 5'9", Start: 200 lb, Today: 180 lb, Goal: 145 lb - Hey Everyone! I hope everyone is doing amazing, I'm pretty good here in my neck of the woods. The past few days I think I have done pretty well the only bad thing is that I haven't got the chance to go to the gym and run like I usually do. I've had a lot of homework and have been working after my classes but no worries I'll get back on track. These past couple days have been super hard tho b/c I am forcing myself to stay away from the scale b/c i'm pretty sure I'm addicted and it drives me crazy. So I made a lil deal with myself. I have these jeans that I wanna fit into so bad that are a size too small, like I can get them on but not button them, well i will step on the scale when i can fit into them comfortably. Hopefully thats soon (my goal is by thanksgiving!) Well I gotta get ready for work...Stay Strong All <3

My plan is to eat healthier and work out at least 5 days a week. Sounds reasonable right? well no it's not b/c my bitchy roommate is always making remarks that upset me so much. I cant eat anything without her saying oh sabina i thought u were on a diet. I was like what?!! i haven't eaten all day and i eat some soup and suddenly she is on my case. And she always calls herself fat in front of me but she isn't and worst of all her younger sister who is kind of heavy came over...and after she left my roommate was like yea my sister thought u were nice but she only liked u b/c ur fatter then her. I was like that's nice and oh btw i got a hundred on the last chem test i heard u failed...have fun making a living being a b-tch... sry for the language but damn she is pissing me off

It's so nice to see everybody supporting each other and helping each other out. My issue is my weight is not neccisarilly my problem. But I'm really un-toned and out of shape. I If I toned up a little bit I'd be pretty content. So is anyone's story like mine? If so maybe we could help each other out or somebody could give me some advice on how to keep motivated to exercise everyday! Thanks so much
