Ht. 5'8", Start: 232 lb, Today: 191 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Hey guys, I haven't been working out at home anymore. I've gotten pretty out of shape and I really want to start exercising again but everytime I do cardio (running, walking, jump rope etc) I start to get bad stomach aches and get really dizzy. Is that just because I'm out of shape? And what other exercises do you guys suggest I do?

MAYBE UR BODY ISNT USED TO WOKING SO MUCH SO JUST START DOING LITTLE BY LITTLE AND DO SIT- UPS AND STUFF GOOOOOOOOOOOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!! ;) ;)
