Ht. 5'4", Start: 139 lb, Today: 163 lb, Goal: 118 lb - okay you guys this is my first time here. i really really want to loose weight like seriously. okay i want to be 118 and i just got on my diet last week .and im not going to check in my weight until its officially 15 days. so this is how i want to loose weight.
november 8 pounds.. 155 pounds. because when you first start you loose really quick. then december 6 pounds. 149 pounds. as you can tell im going slower now. january 6 pounds. 143 pounds. then february 6 pounds. 137 pounds. march 6 pounds. 131 pounds. now im going to do 5 pounds. 126 pounds. and take it down a notch. so i don't have to gain this weight back. by taking it slow. april 5 pounds. 121 pounds. then may 3 pounds. 118 pounds. then im goood to go ima have 45 pounds off. leaving me at 118 pounds. and this is working hard. that would be 8 MONTHS. my doctor said thats good if i stick to the plan. and he said maybe even less time. SO WHAT DO YA THINK OF THIS ?
and do you guys have any workouts for my lower belly and butt.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 130 lb, Today: 140 lb, Goal: 105 lb - well im kindof mad...i woke up VERY hungry today and i arlready ate 745 calories! its only 10:20 am and im STILL hungry. idont know whats wrong with me! so how have u guys been? i have been trying to resist the halloween candy but it didnt work and i gained a pound. i hope u guys are stronger then i am. also, can anybody suggest some low carb snack ideas besides peanuts, meats, and cheeses? my mom said i should try low carb items but we dont know what else to get besides eggs, meat, low fat cheese, and peanuts. I NEED SOME IDEAS!!!

Ht. 5'7", Start: 206 lb, Today: 160 lb, Goal: 135 lb - .................. im feeling pretty meh about today, it wasnt bad but im not completely happy with it .. i wanted more fruit but we didnt have any :( lol but neway heres wat i had : B- special K w/ nofat milk =140, S- muslie bar=88, LChicken and mayo sandwhich =290, S- 4 rice crackes w/ butter and vegemite =68, pear =60, D- chicken and rice = 400, D- ice-cream =95... so thats 1197 calories and i went for a 20 min walk/run on my treadmill .. shoulda gone for longer but i didnt. im gunna get up early and go 4 a run 2morro morning b4 school :D only 3 weeks left of school and im a senior!! wow lol scary ♥ ♥

Ht. 5'6", Start: 166 lb, Today: 159 lb, Goal: 142 lb - so wow this is wow...for the first time is a long time i feel really good about myself. I have found out that I am labeled as pretty and nice by a lot of people. I have never had so many friends that wanted to hang out with me since I am blunt. But I have officially started a healthier me lifestyle. I work out 4 days a week, I figured that is really good, since campus is so big walking to each class takes like 10 min, and then the eating i have down. For breakfast i eat yogurt, with a v-8 splash, then for lunch it's soup or salad...depending on what types there r, and then for dinner some protein with salad. I feel a lot healthier and my skin looks so good since i am drinking so much water. To all u people with a boyfriend how did you get one i mean ive never had one and im not ugly or anything but i really want a boyfriend and im sooo depressed ive gained 3 pounds but i think that im finally back on track i have a goal. im in gymnastics at my school well intro to gymnastics im pretty good at it to eventhe coach thinks so but with my weight soo high i end up basing most of the time even though i can do alot. and most of its muscle im just to heavy. so my goal is to get 140 by january so that even if i am the base alot it won't be because im soo fat it will be because i have muscle and i kno that i will look alot better when i weigh that much even if its not my goal plz write me back with any tips on how to get skinny or how to get a boyfriend thx:)

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 190 lb, Goal: 175 lb - what a weekend! okay, so i didnt eat much this weekend, i was at my boyfriends hanging with some friends and he doesnt have much food at his house, so i ate minimally. but thats not a bad thing because i got on the scale this morning and my scale is the one with the little red needle that points to ur weight, and usually its right smack on 190 or even between 190 and 191, but today, its between 189 and 190, so i think i may be close to losing another pound yaaay! gotta keep this up and not give in to temptation lol good luck everyone

Ht. 5'10", Start: 213 lb, Today: 210 lb, Goal: 160 lb - For those of you wondering why when you eat more you sometimes lose some and when you eat less you pack it on.. its because eating less isnt actually how you lose weight... its your metabolisim... everyone has a certian amount of calories they should eat in order to make their metobolic rate go up making them burn those calories as energy. when you eat less your body usually then thinks you are starving it and grabs on to every calorie it can and stores it instead of burning it as energy...

Ht. 5'1", Start: 210 lb, Today: 169 lb, Goal: 130 lb - I haven't been able to get off the plateau I'm on, but starting today things will be different. I feel really good about this and I'm in a good place mentally to make this committment. I'm taking it over and above what I have already been doing, adding new machines in the gym, walking 10 minutes longer on the treadmill, not eating as much cheese, and drinking only water. I hope this helps.
