Ht. 5'5", Start: 130 lb, Today: 140 lb, Goal: 105 lb - well im kindof mad...i woke up VERY hungry today and i arlready ate 745 calories! its only 10:20 am and im STILL hungry. idont know whats wrong with me! so how have u guys been? i have been trying to resist the halloween candy but it didnt work and i gained a pound. i hope u guys are stronger then i am. also, can anybody suggest some low carb snack ideas besides peanuts, meats, and cheeses? my mom said i should try low carb items but we dont know what else to get besides eggs, meat, low fat cheese, and peanuts. I NEED SOME IDEAS!!!

your goal weight is too low for your height. i don't think that would be healthy

if you're hungry, then you need to eat. Just make wise choices. Sometimes your body needs more fuel than other days. If you think you may be confusing hunger with thirst, try drinking a glass of water before eating and if you're still hungry, eat something. Just go slow and listen to your body.
