Ht. 5'6", Start: 207 lb, Today: 201 lb, Goal: 190 lb - Ok to lose weight you need to count the carbs NOT the cals... if you want to stay at the weight you are at now only eat 200 -250 a day but if you want to lose weight then you can only eat 100-150 per day. ( this is how a guy at my church lost almost 200 lbs !!!!!!!!!!!!!) It works trust me just try it for a week and see what it does ... o yeah and by the way it is noe as easy as it sounds to stick to it so Good luck to all.=) *~Don't be a chubby Bunny~*

Ht. 5'6", Start: 184 lb, Today: 179 lb, Goal: 145 lb - So I started a before/after weight loss journal with pictures of me in my "before" stage..aka pretty recently. I can't wait to put in some "after" photos! I also listed my height, weight, pant size, and shirt size. I think it's gonna help a lot.

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 188 lb, Goal: 175 lb - yaaaay i did it! i regained control! i ate soo healthy today it was ridiculous haha ridiculously awesome though, if i do say so myself. i even exercised!! :O which is nothing short of a miracle, since im the laziest person alive. i ate 1185 calories today, and did about 20 mins of cardio. im back on track and loving it! today i weighed myself without clothes and i weigh 185. so i dunno what i should put for my weight, since i normally weigh myself in my clothes. i dunno. either way im shrinking! goodbye plateau, i was stuck at 195 from august until october but the ball is rolling once again, and i have everyones inspiration to thank! thank you all so much i love this site. <3 take care!

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 188 lb, Goal: 175 lb - so lastnight my sister decided to order pizza, and of course i had some. not the brightest of ideas but hey whatever. scale still reads the same. but i cant keep doing this thinking the scale will never go up. anyways today im being strict, and im going to work out with my sister whenever she wakes up. we have Turbo Jam and man does that ever make u sweat lol. i reaaaalllllly wanna be 180 by christmas, that would be awesome, and i think its totally do-able since its like.. november 14th and theres like a month and a half left before christmas, so i think i can lose 8 pounds by then :) i'll stay positive and i definately need to start working out, i hardly ever do, which is probably why it takes me like 2 weeks to drop 1 pound. lol im soo lazy i gotta get outta that mind frame. anyways sorry to ramble on, good luck everybody!! :)

Ht. 5'6", Start: 170 lb, Today: 166 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Is running 4-5 miles a week good enough? And then on weekdays i do atleast 25 situps and atleast 20jumping jacks and ride my bike to school and back, probly about 1 1/2 miles. And on weekends atleast 75 situps, atleast 35 jumping jacks, and at least 5 pushups. Plus eating healthy. Sound good? Or do i need to do more? i want to lose at lest 15 before Christmas. Think i can?

Ht. 5'9", Start: 200 lb, Today: 181 lb, Goal: 145 lb - I feel so good, I'm down 4 lbs this week yay! I wanna be in the 170's for Thanksgiving, I'm so close! I'll make it, no quesiton, and yes I'm overly confident today but is that a bad thing? Well anyways I'm a lil nervous about today b/c I am not going to have time to work out b/c I have work right after class then I have to read like 120 pages and write a 5 page paper, basically its gonna be an all nighter...fun stuff! Oh and I though I would share this with all of u. If any of you get your motivation from music (i do!) a great song to get ur head back in it is "Stand" by Rascal Flatts. I'm so happy! In the past 3.5 weeks, I've gone from 201 to 188.4! I'm so excited, even my friends say I'm "shrinking". I was so happy when I heard that! I feel amazing, and great! I hope y'all can do as well as me, too. ^_^

Ht. 5'6", Start: 166 lb, Today: 159 lb, Goal: 142 lb - Yea so i need to find a scale to put in my dorm...i feel like and look like i lost weight but i wont know for sure until i can get a scale...But all in all i have been working out 4 days a week, tues, thursday, friday, saturday...basically 1 hour of cardio and 20 min of weights...eating is better...i just want to drop 15 lbs by next semester...

Ht. 5'6", Start: 184 lb, Today: 179 lb, Goal: 145 lb - Today I feel better because I didn't pig out and I also weighed myself..I was 1lb less than I thought. =) Not exactly a ton, but it's a start, right? I was reading "The Diet for Teenagers Only" again and now that I'm studying nutrition in bio it helped a lot. I feel more confident now. And I decided to break my goals into small steps. By New Year's Eve I'd like to be 175. By March (my birthday) I'd like to be 170. By Easter I'd like to be 165. That's all for right now. I know it doesn't sound like much but I really hope to achieve these goals. By my sweet 16 I wanna be at my ultimate goal--145. It'd be so awesome! And as soon as I'm down to 160 I wanna buy myself some new clothes, LOL! :]

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 188 lb, Goal: 175 lb - this is so strange. i ate like a pig for the past couple of days and i get on the scale this morning, says im down a pound. lol k i cant take this anymore i dunno what the hells going on, its like when i try i cant lose a single pound, when i dont try it comes off, but then i end up feeling like a fatty. i dont understand lol oh well. im gonna eat healthier today and keep trying though, so far i've had an apple and a chicken sandwich on whole wheat with mustard and lettuce, and a grape flavoured water. supper i think i'll go with soup, since im sick. well good luck everybody i hope you all reach your goals! <3

I love working out..but it's the eating part that gets me.
I use to be pretty skinny in junior high but i was in dance and sports. But i had to quit cause i had something wrong with my heart... but I'm ready to get back out there.
I want to start off slow and work my way up. I'm starting to drink A LOT of water, and I'm in a health class learning a lot of stuff about muscle endurance, and eating healthy. And next semester I'll be in aerobics.. So right now I'm looking for a person to help me stay on track, a supporter(cause my family doesn't support me they don't think i can do it.) so if anyone wants to be my supporter/weight buddy.

(b) Granola Bar (L) Salad and small piece of pizza (s) handful of mini marshmellows (D) Small piece of meatloaf, corn, and potatoes And then I worked out 2x. I didn't plan on doing that but like I ran for 1/2 in the afternoon then that night I got really upset and running just zones me out and clams me down so I went and ran for another 20 mins. But other then that, I'm so excited! One of my classes got cancelled today so I prob should take advantage of having the afternoon off and do something productive but I think i'm gonna take a nap!
